Pitstop Lube & Tune

I went for the first time to this facility today to do an oil change and inspection. I was not sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived, someone came out to greet me and inquire what I need. It turned out he was the owner of the business. They offer free coffee, tea, soda, donuts and cookies in a very comfy waiting room. These people are very pleasant and the hospitality is great. The wait time was about 35 minutes and the service cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.

My grandad and I came here for oil changes, and the service from start to finish was immaculate. The manager, Shan, is very personable and you can tell he puts a lot of work in his business to make it a pleasant experience for the customer. The establishment is very clean and comfortable and the service was done immediately, so we don’t have to wait long at all. & they have beverages while you wait, which is also a plus! I definitely recommend.

Wow, from the phone call to the first visit. We were greeted and treated very well, they exuded Great Customer Service here. The Owner Shawn was amazing he really helped my mother out tremendously with her particular situation. I recommend This Pit Stop to everyone!!!👌🏾 Sorry, I do not have any photos for this review.

Great team, just recently got my oil change here. Went in and in about 20 minutes I was out of there, granted I went in early weekend morning. These guys are professional, know what they’re doing, and more affordable compared to the other oil change places in Queens. Would highly recommend!

I went in for my emissions test in mid January, based on a friend's referral. I was apprehensive about going by myself because I've had horrible experiences in the past with mechanics trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. Everyone here was so professional and attentive. Ali was so warm and reassuring, and Shawn, the owner, was welcoming and kind. The staff was pleasant and worked quickly to get me in and out. I told him I appreciated the service received and would definitely use them again.

Great place to get and oil changes. Also, get your vehicle inspection done. They check your brakes, tires wiper blades and lights. They do all work on premises, prices ate very good .
