Dont even know where to begin. This was my first time transporting to another state i was beyond nervous. I was checking my cars ait tags almost every few minutes shaking in my boots. The courtesy and professionalism by mechanic hickey Raquel and shawn the driver was nothing short of spectacular. They made me feel comfortable and assured me my belongings and cars were safe in their hands. We even had a delay with the storm milton but even with the delay my bmw headlights were fixed( mechanic hickey gave me an awesome price and coded it)my plants were watered as they sat in the car from top to bottom their service was stellar even though we had few slight hiccups. This is a hard working shop with personnel dedicated to their craft and customer service. They made my first time jitters go away and took care of me and mine completely and made me feel safe. Raquel the dispatcher was always kind and courteous if i had questions mechanic hickey is absolutely the MAN and runs a proper business snd shawn is an absolute GEM snd even drove my cars to me personally because of any delays they encountered. Needless to say if you are in need of transporting a vehicle or any work in general i HIGHLY recommend using eurowise and i thank the team tremendously for their compassion and dedication to making sure my vehicles belongings were safe regardless of any bumps in the road they took care of me. We will absolutely being doing round 2 with my other cars. Thank you again!

Eurowise Auto refuse to fixed my car few weeks ago I picked up my car and car has some issue I have been try before Christmas. Now they said I put bad review I told them it is not me. Now I will take them to court.

After months of mechanics not being able to diagnose or fix my car, not even BMW, Eurowise was able to get the job done. A little pricey but I don't mind paying for quality work. This is now my go to shop

Worst place to take your car, absolutely WORST!!! They will make you pay for half a** job.. the customer service at this establishment is abysmal. The staff members were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely disinterested in helping me with my car troubles. It felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If you love your car trust me!!

DO NOT take your car here ! They are frauds and will say they fixed your car and they did not. They ripped my long term warranty company off for $10,000 to fix my engine and did not fix the issue. They had my car for two months and it came back with more issues than when I first took it in. They do not care about the costumer, they only want $$$$$. The people writing good reviews must be friends and family members. The manager is very rude and even cussed at me when I complaint about the issues with my car. They were only nice when they were getting the checks. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!

Definitely not trustworthy. They used an old part on a relative’s car though they charged for new one. Not a good look to fleece your own community.
