Greedy, Money Hungry People I would give no stars if I could. I came in to get my passenger glass fixed after someone smashed my window. The overall process was not seemless. I came in one day for a quote and a nice man by the name of Chris came out to check my car but then said he wasnt able to give me an estimate and it would need to be done when I drop the car off. While he is sweet it seems like he can make any decision without the blessing of the woman in the front. So I came back and thats when I met Ms. Christy who seems to be the person that creates this estimate. As soon as they heard that I have a deductible the price sky rocketed. Why would it ever cost over 2k to fix a window and the minor damage that was done! Believe the reviews and take your car elsewhere unless you want to be overcharged and dish out thousands and thousands of dollars. Never coming here again!

The was second time using Better Body auto collision. They made it so easy, Chris is awesome! He kept me posted and got my car back quick and beautiful again. Hopefully you won't need any repairs but if you do, let Better Body Auto Repair help out!

From the First impressions! I knew the experience with my car was going to be great. Chris explained everything to me and I honestly be having a lot of questions. Ahah! But He was patient! He helped me call/ get the rental in the most stress free way and now everything just went great. Just got back my car now and i can’t believe it! It doesn’t even look like it was ever in any accident. Job well done and PLUS, they clean and vacuumed the hell out of the car because I left it a mess after the accident because I was irritated. This was Amazing amazingly amazing!

I had a great experience with the repair of my Honda Pilot after it was vandalized. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I dropped my car off on Monday, and it was ready by Thursday—quick and efficient! Chris was especially helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly, and the entire staff was patient and professional. Better body auto collision is the best hands-down. From the second I pulled up I didn’t even get in the door yet I greeted me very warmly even they even parked the car for me in a safe spot. As I entered the building I was greeted by Christie, who made me feel at home and treated me like family. She processed all of my documentations, and made my transactions, so smooth and painless. The team at better body auto collision is super professional and super sweet. They are truly experts at auto repairs. Not one second did I worry about my car Christie kept me updated every step of the way. The facility is clean and comfortable. Pick up was a breeze no wait time no line as soon as my car was ready I was notified. My car is back to her normal beautiful self and I am 100% a satisfied customer. Nice environment, not the best, but good job, great work. I had to use better body auto collision for an accident. I had to wait an extra day more, but overall, it was worth it. I got my car and everything was fine and ok. They also set up when i got there the rental from enterprise for me to pick up, and when i turn in back the rental they take care of it. Friendly staff, they also called and give me update on my car, will recommend. Thanks guys.
