This place was the only place that seemed how to fix my EMERGENCY NEED ..no one seemed knowledgeable enough to disarm my alarm system that was so annoying .l called several places and was referred all around the world.. Piney auto took me in less than 24hrs..and called me the next day with...CAR READY FOR PICK UP. problem tooken care of.. thanks Piney for great service 👍

Yes he put my radiator for a good price and that was fine but I still needed work done and when I picked up my car it was still leaking antifreeze so I took it back now here is where the problem came in at !!!!! I took my car back located my own part picked my own part up dropped it off to him waited days he had an emergency ok cool no problem called the next day my car is still not fixed so now all I asked was when do you think my car will be fixed and I’m instantly told that I can pick my car back up. LIKE WHY AND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IM NOT SUPPOSE TO CALL AND ASK ABOUT MY CAR !!!! Then turns around and say that if he can’t fix it by the next day the he doesn’t know what to tell me . Trust and believe if I was a male would he have came off to me so rudely and I’m a customer just trying to get service never ever would I recommend no service from him !!!!!

We were driving through Cleveland in a Seattle to Boston family road trip, when my wife drove over a rock. Worried we might have damaged the car seriously, we checked online for the nearest open mechanic. Pineys saw us right away and gave a free, quick, and reassuring check and sent us in our way. William was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Not the least bit condescending or put out by our self caused emergency! Recommend highly!
