Crash Champions Collision Repair Prospect

I had a phenomenal experience at this Crash Champions. They were professional, kind, communicative, and efficient. My car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. I will come here again if needed in the future and I highly recommend their service to others!

I was hesitant to go to the body shop that was recommended by my insurance company. I thought the work would be subpar. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Great communication. Wonderful work. And it was finished ahead of schedule!

I took a my Jeep here after an accident and explained that it wouldn’t be paid by insurance but by a person. The man I spoke to informed me he didn’t want to take the vehicle. I asked how much for an estimate he replied “$50 but I don’t even want it here” “it’ll be mine in 30 days” he said. I then told him we got it towed here already why not take a look. He then started to explain that he wasn’t trying to push a stereotype but… and then I told him not to talk to me anymore and left. Paid for a tow again and now my car is fixed 3 weeks laters and back on the road. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. And I hope that guy gets fired. I only expect you to do what you’re paid to do. Nothing more or less. Thanks for nothing.

My husband and I were totally satisfied with Crash Champions. Crash Champions provided excellent car repair service. It was like my car was never damaged. The replacement parts used were the same parts and high quality. The work done on my car was explained (specific details). And ready for pick up sooner than expected!! This is my second coming to them for my 2021 Kia Soul and they are awesome. They were very professional and nice and answered all my questions when I had them. They also kept me up to date on my car, which I liked a lot. We will keep going back if needed and telling friends/family :)

Would highly recommend. They’ve done 2 repairs for me. They do excellent work and kept me informed every step of the way. Got my car back in a reasonable time (first time it was in 2 days, second time ~1.5 weeks) and their timing estimates were exact. Seamless customer service, and they gave my car back detailed it inside and out both times.
