I have brought my car in here a couple times for a brake job. I think Lincoln is a trustworthy and no nonsense mechanic who believes time is money, but also has a heart of gold. I did not wait in the shop although the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I used the time to walk around Asia town and explore mid-town. If you are a hesitant lady like me looking for a mechanic you can depend on who won't overcharge you, don't be shy, visit this auto guy.

First time customer I felt that they could have info me up front before working on my truck, the labor was high and a charge of 2.4 % because I paid with a credit card was over the top, first time allowing him to work on my truck a oil change, spark plugs, air, filter, oil filter $734.00, was extremely high when I tried to explain, he really didn’t want to listen. I told him who does a plugs without wires for a tune up. So I still got to get wires done. If I knew this I would have picked my truck up before he even started. He Didn’t seem to care. They may do good work but their communication was not good he said he called but you don’t work on a car until you get the okay from the customer.

Remember me? The guy with the flat tire off the rim? NO SERVICE just interaction. I pulled into his lot to see if they could fix my tire and right away got the we dont fix tires. The 1st gentleman was nice and was going to try to put air in the tire but it was now off the rim and not possible. I then proceeded to call a tow truck and the wait time was maybe 15 minutes. All of a sudden this person starts screaming at me to move the truck in the street as I am blocking his customers from getting in the lot. Simply not true. Tow truck on the way. He didn't care and I explained I was not moving the truck and damaging my aluminum rim. He persisted to run his mouth to the point I was about to stuff it with my fist. Luckily the tow truck came and he backed off for him. Problem is I find out he was the owner and very disrespectful, just rude and this guy me, will never be using their service. Keep in mind what you are dealing with if you do. In a person's time of need this is the last thing you need help would have been nice gesture. What he needed was an adjustment to his big mouth and hopefully this review will help you deal with the public a little more professional. Sad thing is, I owned a company with 68 vehicles and know what good customer service is about and what it can turn into businesswise. Good Luck!

They do great work. And he does not inflate prices on parts. His charge for labor is fair and Lincoln is very knowledgeable. I have taken my car there for years and don't plan on switching any time soon.

Update 3/24/25, Glad it took you 7 months to reply but to to be clear, I tried to be a customer. In fact, I walked up to your employee before i pulled in very carefully per his instructions which i did not clarify in the first review. I did ask for his help guiding me in to not destroy the alloy rim and I will not applogize for that. The tow got there very quickly he was a bit surprised by the rude person screaming at me to move the truck. It was out of the way and not impending anyone, you are twisting the story to suit your actions and is just not the case. Rude and completely disrespectful and I should have acted on that.
