KENNY IS AWESOME !!! Listen I called in panicking thinking my world was ending all because my music was not playing/ connected. I was like listen I just brought this suv it better not give me no problems it’s brand new 2025 lol I’m so happy I can’t even stop smiling to finish writing this review. When I called in I called service and Kenny answered with great energy. He walked me through the features of the car and was so patient over the phone. The music started to play again ! Omg thank you Kenny you are amazing ! I’m sitting here now smiling listening to my music again no more radio lol. My overall birthday experience purchasing this car from yall back in December was a dream. I appreciate the whole team and any time someone needs a car and a “wow” experience I make sure to tell them to head to Piazza VW of Ardmore & go see Randi in sales. The guys who helped move my car into the shop and that I met outside were outstanding. Kind, professional, and all around great which is the reason this review has higher stars. Inside the office however, was mostly all unpleasant. For example, the man who "helped" me when I came to pick up my car said all of 2 words to me, which were "sign here". I took my time to read what I was supposed to sign and to read the printout report of what they did because I got absolutely nothing from this guy. He instead cuts me off to tell me that I'm getting a copy of everything I sign. Well yes, I know that but again I got absolutely no information, greeting, update, from anyone etc. It was like I was bothering him. The experience was disappointing except for the wonderful guys outside. I think I'll my chances at another service location.

We’ve owned VW for the last couple of years and I always enjoy the attitude and approach of the service team. I joked with them recently that they always offer 5-star service in a 3-star setting. Not a glamorous office like other high end dealerships but the best people - and that’s what matters!

I recently bought a car here and within a couple days I heard a noise in the front end on the highway. Having just bought the car - I like to keep my car in top top shape so I brought it in. The service team was extremely helpful and responsive, very easy to deal with and thorough with the analysis and repair. It was what I expected (I have some expertise in car repair) and they got it back to me covering the cost of repairs since I just bought it even though it wasn’t under the warranty. It was an touchy situation and could have turned out awful but they exceeded all expectations and I’ll definitely bring it back there for all my repairs going forward. I’m also going to buy a more comprehensive warranty to make sure I’m covered in the future. Perfect result and I’m super happy.
