***Read Before Service: Purchased my first EUV Premier here 💰and had wonderful service 11 months prior… PURCHASED a 2025 Equinox EV from another dealership w/ 4 miles on it in MD and Armen “accommodated” my repair. I drove it from Maryland to their service center for a window stuck open prior to Polar Vortex. The car has been sitting there since circa Christmas 2024, Tony dropped/picked me up (he’s awesome) and Matt was still so nice despite all the headaches with the EV debacle , but love my new 25 Equinox EV! 💯Chevrolet tech issues aren’t the service centers fault despite them getting all the slack

I’d like to share my customer experience with Armen Chevrolet today. I was the 1st customer there at 7:00 am to get an oil change. Unfortunately, I was met with a very rude and disrespectful Service Writer. Needless to say, I addressed it and moved on. The Service Writer informed me my car was ready and I could check out. On my way out to get in my car, my awesome and caring service technician informed me he overheard the exchange, apologized, and wanted me to know it was not a representation of Armen. He also informed me that he found a transmission cooler line leak, which he provided. I was NOT made aware of this issue by the Service Writer and it was not listed on my receipt. Imagine not having the opportunity to remedy an issue like this and would be non the wiser. Since my car was holding up the service line and I was checked out, I returned to address this with the Service Writer. I not only had to wait until he finished checking in at least 4 customers, but no apology, no ask if I wanted to stay to resolve the issue or nothing. Unbelievable!! I’m really disappointed and absolutely angry at the whole experience. The silver lining is Javier, thank you!! I appreciate your care and integrity. Leslie Smith

2.5 hours + wait for replacement stickers for a vehicles that was previously serviced here. Such a waste of time. At this point Armen owes me money for wasting my time. Feel free to reach out

Bad experience with service counter. Made reservation to have my transmission looked at on Monday. Reservation was made for the following Thursday morning. Had my wife help drop off car Wednesday night. Got call from service counter on Thursday morning. They asked what’s wrong with Trans. I said it I think it’s slipping. They said at best they can’t look at it till Friday!! Then they said I should have had the trans looked at with 50k miles. Really. I bought the car from them with 34k on it. They should have told me. Now I have 97k on it. Sounds like I’m screwed. To make matters worse this my second Tahoe. And the first one had trans problems too. I decided to go back Thursday night to pickup truck. Made new reservation to another chevy dealer. My time was 3 hours of travel to drop and pickup truck. Plus 26$ Uber. Solution: I’ll never go back to Armen again. To buy or service. I’m done.
