INFINITI Ardmore Service Center Introduce

The INFINITI Ardmore Service Center, located at 130 Sibley Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003, USA, serves the local community as an auto repair station providing various services and goods for sale. This establishment operates within the crucial category of Auto Repair Stations, offering essential vehicle maintenance and repair solutions. For local users in Ardmore and surrounding areas, understanding the scope of services and the overall customer experience at such a facility is paramount when seeking automotive assistance.

Historically, the INFINITI Ardmore Service Center maintained a reputation for providing good service, with some customers frequenting the establishment for nearly a decade. Services typically involved vehicle drop-offs in the morning and pick-ups near closing time, indicating a comprehensive approach to repairs and maintenance. While the specifics of their parts inventory are not detailed, as an auto parts store operating within an auto repair station, it is reasonable to expect that they stock or can readily acquire genuine INFINITI parts and other compatible automotive components necessary for the services they provide. This integration of parts and service is typical of such facilities, allowing for a streamlined repair process.

However, recent changes in ownership have reportedly led to shifts in the customer experience and the services offered. Users have noted a decline in overall satisfaction, impacting various aspects of their visits. For instance, amenities that were once complimentary have reportedly been altered or removed. This includes the cessation of free state inspections and the on-site car wash. The car wash service, while still offered, is now provided externally at a local place, requiring an extra step for customers seeking this amenity after service.

Beyond changes in amenities, some customers have expressed concerns regarding pricing and transparency. A specific point of contention has been the introduction of charges for services that were previously complimentary, such as battery charging. Instances have been cited where a fee of $124.99 was charged for battery charging, a service that was reportedly free before the ownership change. This has led to surprise among customers, with some even noting that other INFINITI or Nissan service centers found this fee unusual.

The service recommendation process has also been a subject of customer feedback. Some users have reported instances where service recommendations were made by the service manager based on the car's age and time in service, even before a thorough inspection of the vehicle itself. This approach has raised questions about the necessity and objectivity of certain recommended services. Furthermore, there have been observations that detailed reviews of the work performed are not always conducted with the customer, potentially leading to a lack of clarity regarding the completed repairs.

A recent addition that has impacted the customer experience is the implementation of a credit card fee for services rendered. This fee, applied at the point of payment, is another element that has contributed to customer dissatisfaction and a perception of declining value. Such additional charges can accumulate and affect the overall cost-effectiveness of repairs and maintenance for patrons.

More significantly, some customers have highlighted serious concerns related to unresolved safety issues, a lack of transparency, and inadequate communication. Specific examples include persistent problems like clear airbag codes and ongoing fuel vapor concerns that have not been adequately addressed. Customers have also reported a lack of explanation or documentation for why certain diagnostic tests were denied. The absence of loaner vehicles during service appointments has also been a point of frustration for some, impacting their mobility while their vehicles are being serviced.

Communication from the service center has also been described as vague, with reports using terms like "self-diagnosis" and a lack of follow-up on necessary part orders. These communication breakdowns contribute to a feeling of being left in the dark and dismissed, particularly concerning safety-critical repairs and warranty services. The cumulative effect of these issues has led to a significant number of long-time customers considering taking their business elsewhere, indicating a noticeable shift in customer loyalty and satisfaction.

The INFINITI Ardmore Service Center, like any auto repair station, is a vital resource for vehicle owners. Its ability to stock and provide necessary auto parts for repairs directly impacts the efficiency and quality of its services. While it continues to offer essential automotive services, the recent feedback suggests a need for improvement in customer service, pricing transparency, and communication. Local users seeking automotive services in Ardmore should consider these aspects when choosing a repair facility for their INFINITI vehicles, weighing the convenience of a dedicated service center against the current customer experiences reported.

For inquiries or to schedule service, the INFINITI Ardmore Service Center can be reached at their phone number (610) 896-4400 or mobile phone +1 610-896-4400. As an auto repair station, they aim to provide solutions for various vehicle issues, including maintenance, diagnostics, and part replacement. However, it is advisable for prospective customers to discuss specific service needs, pricing, and any concerns regarding amenities or payment policies upfront to ensure a clear understanding of the service experience they can expect.

INFINITI Ardmore Service Center Customer Reviews

I had been going to Ardmore service for over 9 years. The service was pretty good despite high prices and long turnaround (would always drop off at open and receive near closing time). Since the change of ownership, my service satisfaction has declined. They have lost several amenities, including no more free state inspections and no car wash on site (now a free external wash at a local place). Recently, they even charged me $124.99 to charge the battery - it was a complimentary service before, and even Nissan was surprised that there was a fee. Also, a bunch of services were recommended to me by the service manager before my car was even seen simply due to time and age. They do not always review the work done with you anymore. To top it off, there is now a credit card fee when paying for services.

This Infiniti location used to have a reputation for great service, but unfortunately, like many others have already said, it’s gone completely downhill. It’s disappointing to see what was once a trusted service center become a place where concerns are dismissed, transparency is lacking, and customers are left in the dark. I’m currently dealing with an unresolved safety issue clear airbag code, ongoing fuel vapor concerns, and no explanation or documentation for why certain tests were denied. To make matters worse, no loaner was offered, and I’ve received vague reports using terms like “self-diagnosis,” with no follow-up on necessary part orders. It’s clear there are serious issues with communication and integrity at this site. I truly hope Infiniti steps in to improve operations here, because customers deserve better especially when it comes to safety and warranty service. Until then, I understand why so many long-time customers are walking away.I may be next.

I actually loved my Infiniti but because of the incompetence of the service department, I sold it for a Mazda. To add insult to injury they keep sending me “service offers” reminding me of their subpar service. At this point I’d be happy to if they just took me off the mailing list

I've had excellent service in the past. Friendly and courteous. But why send out a coupon for a $59.95 oil and filter change ($20 more for synthetic) and not honor the price? The last coupon i was sent was honored the previous time i got my oil changed without a problem. That's the reason i went back. This time, what was sent to my phone to sign, was that the preliminary estimate would be $137.79 with an estimated $7.80 in taxes. When i mentioned the coupon which he made no mention of even though i typed that i had one in the box when making the appointment, the person helping me said they send those coupons to everyone and it only takes $30 off and cited the fine print about how the dealer sets the price and then proceeded to tell me about the range of oil change prices and said they are car specific (even thought the same exact car had a coupon honored previously) The old bait and switch leaves a sour taste in my mouth, so i left. If you are going to send a coupon, honor it or put the actual price that you are going to charge in it so its not deceptive. That way your interaction doesnt feel like a pitch that is trying to sell you something you don't want

I went to this location several times, and Nick Herritt always takes good care my car getting me in and out quickly. My G37 needed air conditioning repair asap before hot summer season; from ordering the part to having my car serviced everything was done nicely and smoothly. Nick even arranged for a loaner car for me while my car was being serviced. Highly recommend this place!!!
