We had a problem with communication with the AAA tower that came by to help us with our car. Long story short, the keys were misplaced and there was no way for me to get ahold of the last driver to figure out where they were. Craig was the second tow truck driver to be assigned to help and he went above and beyond. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness he showed. There was so much stress that happened with the incident before he came. If I need another tow I’ll definitely be reaching back out to them. Thanks Craig!!

Absolutely one of the Best tow experience I have ever gotten!! My van was stuck on the hitch of the truck in front of me. In my radiator. Richey was THE BEST. He was resourceful. Concerned. Thought outside the box. Patient. Kind. And went above and beyond to unhook these 2 stuck vehicles. With no more damage than was already done. AAA sent me an angel representing his company. My most sincerest thank you!!!

I broke down Thursday 29 of Match early morning when it was still dark near 71 & 37 so I just parked my car figuring I would call AAA later in the day. They sent out performance towing Bryan that came out was there so quickly and he was a nice man had my hooked up in minutes. I was very impressed at how fast he got the job done.I didn't even have time to go into Bob Evans and place a to go order while I waited. Thank you Bryan and the company for a job well done.

Was supposed to be here in 60 to 90 min. After almost 3 hours I called the company and he said he was not playing games with the fleet service and he was tired of them calling him to find our where he was. He said he was doing this as a favor and decided to just up and cancel without notifying me. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Had a blown out tire on I-44. Got towed by Derrick, super friendly and a great conversationalist! Great experience (besides the blown tire part, of course).
