I purchased a kit for my low mile 09 Mustang GT. Absolutely love the sound responsiveness and the reliability. I had an issue with ordering the wrong size injectors. They upgraded them at zero cost! Its hard to find a solid product at a reasonable cost with any type of customer service behind it. I will be purchasing another kit soon for my son's Silverado! Thank You for your product and customer service!

My son purchased the (2009 - 2017) Ram 1500 / 2500 T6 Single Turbo Truck System. I have no experience with these trucks and little experience with gassers. We rang their phone off the hook with ignorant questions. They were kind, polite, and understanding- taking calls, trading emails, sending and receiving videos until we understood the issue(s) There was an item that could not be found. It could be that they left it out or it could be that we dropped it and kicked it across my shop floor somewhere. Either way, they we very non-accusatory and simply took action to help us get the job done. THEY OVERNIGHT-ED ME THE MISSING PIECE. Customer service is at an all-time low in this country, these guys turned that on it's head. I could not be happier with the service I received from the gentlemen at On3 Performance. Top notch.

The fuel system they sold me has been nothing but issue after issue. Their tech support had no idea what any of my issues might be. The way their Fuel pump taps into the alternator is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen, where a distribution block probably would've cost them $40 to add to the kit and prevented me from being stuck on the side of the road. They use cheap chinese sending units that don't read the fuel level correctly and when I asked them for info they said "maybe the 2017 uses a different voltage signal" They didn't inform anyone that the PCV needs to VTA, which would've been a total of 5 words to add to their instructions (Which dont exist). I even had my installer make a whole YouTube video about the install, yet when i call them about an issue they act like I'm a moron and that everything I don't know should have been obvious Ive asked them for tech support with no help multiple times, so im not even gonna waste my time asking them for a partial refund. I really really really wanted to like this kit and recommend this company but so far they have really dropped the ball. I still need to drop my gas tank, pull the sending unit and put my old one back in so I know how much gas I have.

Guys at on3 are amazing people. Highly recommend their parts to everyone I know. I’m located in Canada and they situated shipping an boarder paper work for me I just had to pay duty box arrived no damage and the innercooler is super nice and keeps everything in check

The recent kit for the ram hemi is not worth buying. Had issues from the very beginning. The instructions are very basic and do not cover modification you have to make to even install to vehicle. Fitment issues with the turbo downpipe, was touching the ignition coil. Had to install a 1/2" flange spacer between manifold and turbo to correct fitment. Within 3 days the manifold gasket was leaking on rear. Installed new gaskets and better bolts. After 3 weeks gaskets began leaking again but this time after teardown I had the manifold inspected and found the flange surface is so warped that it can't be fixed. Going to try and see if I can get the manifold covered under warranty. I couldn't recommend this kit for ram hemi trucks until quality improvements are made for this kit
