I walked in today with the need of a very special adapter for a vacuum pump. The two dudes jumped up at the idea and spent a good 20 minutes+ trying to find the right one. Ultimately, they were unsuccessful but the amount of dedication is unmatched pretty much anywhere else I've been. The folks here really care which is a diminishing trend it seems. I will make a point to stop in more. Thanks!

All around terrible i went to order brakes the guy said they would be in by 12:30pm. 1pm i go in and the previous guy didn't place my order so no brakes ....napa don't know how to do there job....

Worst Napa I’ve ever been too. First word out of the guys mouth behind the counter was a cuss word,very unprofessional,slow service,outrageously priced.I won’t be back!

I have known some of the guys that work here for 20 years. Honest, hard working and great inventory. I purchased chainsaws, tools and car parts here over the years. I even bought my zero turn mower here and have had it serviced 4-5 times with their pick up service as it is so convenient. Great to have a place like this in your town.

Great place! I received excellent service from Phil, who went above and beyond to help me out. The person that helped me with my order was awesome! The assistant manager was a whole different story. He made no effort to help. I would have given 5 stars had he helped out. Nothing worse than a manager unwilling to do some of the dirty work!
