Every single time i go in there and the Valorie lady i think her name is, or whichever one has the colored hair has an attitude is very disrespectful and disregarding. I came in today to refund an item, the whole entire process she was swearing and slamming things on the counter aggressively clicking the mouse and talking over me. I usually don’t let things like this bother me but the consistency of her attitude and poor customer service is what led me to write this review. I get people can have bad days but it seems like every time i go in there shes having a bad day i do my best to avoid advanced auto parts as i can because of the poor service i get while there. I would much rather go across the street to Autozone where they can do their job without swearing or making it severely uncomfortable for the customer. She was acting out in front of other customers as-well and the male that was working the shift with her was being poorly treated by her for no reason. I watched him check out the ladies beside me and he did an amazing job very respectful and professional making me wish i would have walked to his counter instead. She swore probably around 30 times and at one point said someone can kiss her a** talking about a higher up than her which i could do nothing but laugh because of how severly uncomfortable she made me. This is multiple times this lady has treated me poorly and given me poor customer service she is always agressively clicking her mouse and slamming and tossing things

Pricing is a little high but I go there for parts if other places in town don't have the part

The girl who works at the store is not exactly what I’d call friendly. I’ll spend my money across the street next time.

This location was getting back into the swing of things and then corporate decided to terminate the manager, which is the only person in the store that really had a clue what they were doing.

The guys came out and pumped up my tire for free!! It was an amazing experience to have these fine young folks help an old geezer like me!
