Pep Boys

Came in for a simple tire rotations and ended up with much more. They provided me with an update on my car, tires and a little more. The manager made some great recommendations and made sure I was informed on the life of my tires. I also saw they offered upgraded off road tires (KO3, KO2) which I inquired about which was great to see. Place was clean, convenient and the wait was less less than I was quoted. Definitely worth checking out and I will be coming back again.

Go to Evans Tire instead if you are trying to patch your tire. Pep Boys take advantage of women by trying to up-sale replacing tires that are patchable. My wife went in to get her car tire patched due to the bolt pictured. Pep Boys told her that the hole was too big and the bolt was too close to the sidewall. Common responsible practice is no closer than 1/2 inch from than the sidewall and no larger than a 1/4 inch for a hole being patched. The hole was less than an 1/8 inch and was over an inch from the sidewall.

Great service, friendly staff, very reasonable pricing, excellent communication. No upselling at all! Waiting room had ice cold AC. Had them install some new RPF1s with 255/40 Michelin Pilot Sport tires and an alignment. Very happy with how everything turned out!

Came here on Presidents’ Day to get two tires put in my car. Lackluster attitude in that shop should’ve shown me right away that I shouldn’t have waited the 3 1/2 hours. I did to come back and seal. See my car parked out front with nothing done. Guy tried to tell me that they were busy, but there was nobody doing anything in the stalls everybody sitting around doing nothing. Anyway, if I could give this place zero stars I would as this is the second time I’ve been here and had a horrible experience. Should’ve gone to discount tire and waited. Obviously, see people wait for good things

The hole in my tire was in the tread and should have been repairable, but I was told that there was a gash in the side of the tire. I didn't doubt them until my husband pointed out the discrepancy. Additionally, the stem cap on my car was misplaced the first time I brought in, and they tried to give me a generic replacement rather than finding the specialty one that came on my car. I did get the original back after insisting they find it or buy me a new one. I won't take my car there again.

Worked with Ken and Jose, the mgr. Long story short they did a repair that was great and what I asked for, but I was too anger on the broken car to listen to them. They assessed the car and educated me truthfully on what happened. (Bad Kia Motors...) So thanks Jose, thanks for the advice and education. I have always been a fan of Manny, Mo and Jack!!!!!!

Avoid this location as much as possible, but if you must, be careful what they offer. I went there with flat tire and they told me my suspension, rim and tire should be replaced which probably cost me 1500$. I went somewhere else and they just fixed my tire for like 40$. So choice is yours
