Excellent customer service and friendly staff! My first visit to this Jiffy Lube was for an oil change. Despite the wait being more than 15 minutes, I was satisfied with the service due to the friendliness of Justin and Alen. They even checked my tire pressure without any additional charge and allowed me to use the $10 coupon that I downloaded from the Jiffy Lube site for this location. This location also has a free WiFi connection that allowed me to connect while I waited in my car.

Really good Customer Service! Brandon walked me thru everything...i needed windshield wipers and a tire rotation! So grateful he let me know, especially since the rains are coming! Everyone there, very nice! I recommend highly, ask for Brandon, he's the man!!🙂

Wyatt and Jessica were exceptional. I have been coming to Jiffy Lube for years but never experienced the level of customer service that they provided me with. Not only was the service quick and efficient, but they were friendly, professional, informative, and all around pleasant. Definitely recommend this location. You won’t be let down.

Always a pleasant time when I go in to get my oil change, the workers are super friendly and professional and very helpful, specially the San Marcos location, I feel the need to shoutout out by name: Sophia, Tony, Zach and Wyatt they are awesome and they deserve a raise for how much attention they provide to the customer, and how amazing they are at their jobs.
