Evans Tire

I came in for a simple oil change and advised the gentleman at the counter that I just had two new tires put on and don’t think that a rotation would be necessary. After waiting for about an hour and a half, I was told that my oil change would be free. I thought that it was nice, but strange. As I was heading towards my vehicle, I noticed that my hubcap was broken/chipped and the tires were rotated. I walked back in to advise, then the alleged manager came out to take a look. He then starts to gaslight me and told me that the hubcap was already like that. He began arguing with me and becoming very aggressive. The other mechanic with tattoos was also smirking at me and whispering then he waved at me! Very uncomfortable situation and not sure if they are racist or sexist, but they definitely broke my hubcap while rotating the tires, which wasn’t necessary in the first place. I went back to where I purchased my two new tires and they confirmed that the hubcaps were completely fine when I came in yesterday morning. It honestly wasn’t that big of a deal, but after the way the alleged manager went about it, it was completely appalling. I plan to hold this location accountable and after I receive a new hubcap from them, I will not come back again.

Found Evan's Tire online and stopped in without an appointment for an oil change; I was not disappointed. Cesar at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to get my car in right away. An hour later I got a full rundown on everything and they even rotated my tires. Highly recommend them and I will definitely be back.

Had a tire pressure issue with my tires after they were rotated and a nail in one as well. Found Evan’s tires close by and decided to give them a try. They were very quick, helpful, and professional. Especially since I had several small kids waiting with me. I was in and out in under an hour on a Saturday!

I had an amazing experience at Evans Tire Repair Shop in San Marcos. The staff was super friendly over the phone and fit me in the same day. They repaired my tire free of charge, which was a huge relief, especially since I needed it done before picking up my kids. Their kindness and efficiency saved me from being stranded. Highly recommend them for their great service and the awesome coupons on their website!
