Bernadette was extremely helpful not only did we not drop this car off until almost 3 o’clock it was done before seven when we never expected to get it back same day. Very happy about the quick service and how she tried to help work with me.

John quoted me a price on a brake job, after inspection he let me know exactly what needed to be done. John was very professional and honest. My vehicle was done on time as promised. I was very satisfied with my service. I would recommend Pep Boys on Horizon in Henderson all day long!

I had an issue with the car rental company over a flat tire, and they kept giving me the runaround. Bernadette contacted someone from the rental company personally, and got it resolved. Not only that, my little sister(middle schooler) hadn’t eaten lunch yet and Bernadette offered up some of her lunch to ride my sister over. My sister kindly declined, but it was nice that it was offered. I’m from the Midwest, and in that moment, I felt like I was home. She went above and beyond, and I appreciate that.

AMAZING!!! Bernadette was extremely helpful and had my car in the work bay within minutes upon my arrival! Azaiah is a fantastic mechanic with an amazing positive vibe! Both of them made me feel 100 percent confident that my vehicle was in amazing care. And after driving it, I can confirm that it WAS! :D I had just got off work too! So convenient and fast service might I add… I brought my phone charger inside and DIDNT USE IT! Done within the hour. I’m most definitely taking my vehicle back here (that thing is my baby) and I’m excited to share more great experiences!

I came in for a rideshare inspection today after being advised its walk in 1-4pm. Well today it changed, to appointments only and from $25 to $40. But let me set a scene. I was instantly helped out by Jon at the front desk, and he his explanation and understanding of the policy change made the inspection worth the cost. Many service centers with Tesla’s only do a walk around and check lights and tire depth. His inspection was very thorough from seats belts, to AC/heat check, looking inside and out of wheel wells, tire issues, and more. Now I will say this, As much as this could annoy someone, it is important because you never know what may not work until it’s too late. It’s also super important to the customers for everything to work windows and all. As a previous service manager I appreciated it. Thank you Jon. -Chris

John and Robert were fantastic. They went the extra mile to try and find any defects in my tire after I checked it at a gas sation and it was at 15. They checked once and didn't give up and decided to check three more times and I really appreciated that. We eventually found a huge nail on the back side of my tire wall and that made a hissing sound. This location's really professional and considerate.

Damaged car. Denied they did anything and refused to pay for damages. Even corporate covered up their mistakes and told me to go through my own insurance. They also greased my headliner and both visors inside my car. I saw the mechanics grease covered hands. Oh and they also “couldn’t find or fix the problem” yet, they gladly gave my car more problems!!! And then they asked for a 5 star review!!! You’re welcome.

Very happy with the service. This is my new go to spot for any car services. Bernadette and the gentlemen who's name i didn't get were great. A lot of places when you call to ask about service has so much attitude, since I called she answered very nice and was happy to have me go in. Thank you ao much !
