Meineke Car Care Center

The people at Meineke were wonderful to us and our car! They handled everything well and quickly. They were concerned about us driving our car and kept it in their parking lot until they got the new master cylinder a couple days later. It turned out that the brakes were completely shot! We’re fortunate that they got our car fixed so fast and charged us less than the Toyota dealership quoted us in Henderson, even though our car is a Prius! Thank you to shop #2530 in Henderson, NV.

When I came to Meineke they were straight up with me & listend to what I had to say. I was worried that I would be short on cash & let them know. They were very understanding & worked within my budget. Of course it takes money to do anything but I thought it was very reasonable & gave them permission to go ahead. When I picked up my old 2010 car the next day I was impressed by all they did. They even did something extra they didn't have to do. So, thank you Meineke for your honesty & and assistance. E. This was my first visit to Meineke and Casey and Austin got my car in quickly to replace the starter and the price was comparable. At checkout the bill included a 3% transaction fee of nearly 30 dollars for the convenience of me using my debit card instead of cash. The transaction was reversed without issue after I left to go to my bank across the street and returned a few minutes later with cash, which I would have brought in the first place had I been informed of the fee.

I’ve been going to this place for the last four years now and this place is simply amazing. Regardless of who helps me and my family, the quality is second to none. I want to give a special thanks to CASEY and his team has been working on, our vehicles. Not only do they have good customer service, they go out of their way to educate us on the repair process. Kudos to them and the team and we are very happy and will continue to return here.

Do not use meineke The job was supposed to take 2 hours and took 9. It was rushed at the end. The job will the job was incomplete. The cleanliness was unacceptable as well. As. The quality of work. And the salesman was not honest. Did not disclose all fees After picking up my vehicle, I didn't even get 2 blocks away and the check engine light came on. What a horrible experience. I will never use them again. And no one has even tried to remedy the situation.

Had my oil changed and then the next day also had 4 new tires replaced. Thank you Casey for taking such good care and concern with my tires and getting me back on the road safe. As you can see my tires were in very bad shape.

My AC worked but need more Refrigerant. I scheduled an appointment at 9:30 am on 4/26 for an AC dump and refresh and told 1.5 to complete . I left to go eat at IHop and returned 1 hr later . My car hadn’t move from the spot I park it . Eventually they took back and preformed the AC work . Rep came and informed me that the mechanic said AC compressor no longer work and wouldn’t ( even though it worked when I gave it to them ) turn on and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,430 @ $201 an hour for larger 3 to 4 hours . Of course said no and would go else where for the work . I paid for the Work they preformed . I went out and started my car and the AC was pump cold air better then before and work just fine …. And stills continues to work . Obviously the mechanic needs to be retrained and doesn’t know anything about AC system . Imagine had I just taken their advise and they replaced it that day . I read some review about this location on Yelp and goggle , and it appears they were right , but I thought I would give them a chance …. Never again ..

Stellar service! We smelled burning brakes right before our trip, and Casey told us to come on over. Zach came out right away with a floor jack to inspect our camper tires and truck brakes, and got us back on the road within minutes. We will definitely tell others and visit again! Thank you guys! 👍

This Meineke store was fantastic service. I brought in my highly modified classic car for a front end alignment. Do to the modifications to this car they were not able to get it perfect through no fault of their own. They did get it very close to specs. This was my first experience at this shop, I have worked as a master mechanic for 35 years and no good service when I see it. Casey, Tara, Ryan, and Dustin went out of their way and spent a good deal of time to get it as good as they could. I am handicapped and can no longer do my own work on my cars, therefore I am going to take my vehicles to them for any repairs I need. Hats off to you guys and thank you very much for the service.

Casey and his men were amazing on getting our ford explorer back on the road for us travelers. We lost power check engine light came on and we found out something from our spark plugs had melted and was a major problem and our o2 sensor was misfiring so the vehicles o2 and exhaust were not doing their job thing. Casey and the team made sure the job got done correctly and worked til it was completed because they were understanding to our crucial situation of being on the road and getting home to NM safe. We couldn't be anymore thankful for the expertise and customer service. A million thank yous to this amazing team and shop they know their stuff and are honest.
