Just had a bad experience at Penske collision center. They had my car in there shop for over 2 months and the communication was horrible There were weeks that went by without any updates or communication on what’s going on with my vehicle . And every time I called to see what’s going on people were busy and I got the run around saying that the insurance has not gotten back to them But I always had to Iniate the phone calls to get any answers and figure out what’s going on with my car Further more the original quote started low and by the time I got my car back they billed my insurance Over 14 k for the repairs which was crazy .. I was aggravated because everyone acted like they just didn’t care …… and when I complained to the manager he just said sorry we will try to do better next time .. I can not recommend this business and I will never use there service again … Mike
