Staff is nice, but we had to take our car back three times because damages were not properly fixed. Today, we went to pick up a rental car that was supposed to be provided by them, and our car was ready, but we received no call, and it was 20 minutes before closing time; in addition, the rep helping us was already gone. No calls for updates, no paperwork to take away, just nothing. Not totally on top of it, so we're definitely not fully satisfied. I'm not even sure everything is actually fixed. I also see dents that weren't there before. They need to do way better.

They seem legit. Very organized mass Dropoff this morning. Lots of service reps checking in vehicles. Waiting area is comfortable, clean, coffee is on-demand and tasty.

The service is none existing, bad customer service. I had to take my car twice to get the same problem fixed , I am not sure why they don't check to see if it is done or not before sending it out? Wasted time from work and paid too much.

Got told I needed brakes while my truck was getting oil change...just put new pads on 2 weeks ago...that I bought from them...missing center cap off my wheel..of course they dont know what could've happened to it...pretty shady
