I took my car here for a second opinion and ended up being fixed without my consent. I was told that they will "check" what the issue is and I waited to find out the result. They took some parts apart and after an hour or so, told me they need more time to see what the issue is. I agreed to leave my car and after waiting to call me back, i called to ask what's going on with my car. Over the phone, i was told that it's a $1600 fix. I told them I don't have that money yet so I'd take my car back. Nope. They pretty much told me they already took the parts out and already fixed it. This is my only mode of transportation and i felt hostaged, pay or you can't take your car back. After i got my car back, the rubber strip at the bottom of the passenger door was striped off and a portion of it was hanging. That strip was loose before i took it to this shop, and now it's cut halfway and the other half completely off. I dare not to go back to this place after that bad experience. Overall, I will not recommend going to this shop. They don't give you any paperwork to show what they'll fix and will just go ahead and fix it without your consent. And i agree to the other review that says this place takes advantage of people. I made a mistake of trusting the "good" reviews, so i hope you won't too.

I would not recommend this company. Took my mother's car to them and told them it was stalling at random times. I called back over a week later. They said they already fixed it. I showed up the next day and was handed a bill for over $500 to replace 4 easy access spark plugs and an easy access o2 sensor and a list of things they "checked". I would have never paid this but my mom needed her car back so I wrote the check and brought the car back to my 83 year old disabled mother. The next day it stalled out again on the highway with heavy traffic on her way to a Dr appointment. I checked Wisconsin law and a mechanic is not supposed to do repairs unless they're authorized by the owner. Paul's did this work without approval and it didn't resolve the issue. I brought the car to another mechanic and they diagnosed it, gave me a quote ($125) and actually fixed it. Please don't do business with companies who take advantage of the elderly and disabled.

Paul and team were genuinely interested in figuring out my wheel problem. They were upfront about what they checked and were honest about what they knew and didn’t know from the inspection. Very reasonable price and they were happy to help me out very quickly. Honest and knowledgeable, they’re what you’re looking for in a shop.
