Had a great experience with Abra. I was able to get in quickly for an estimate and they then scheduled my SUV for service about a week later. It took about 10 days for the repair and I was provided a loaner free of charge. I received daily texts updating me on the status of the repair. Finally when I picked up the vehicle, the detailing job they did was amazing! I don’t think my car will ever be that clean again! Thanks, Abra!!

Very nice and professional to work with. Brought car in fixed the issue and we were out quick and correct. Storms were imminent so they even left car inside til we arrived,damn thoughtful of others equipment. This place rocks.

We recently took an SUV to abra as our insurance company uses them for guaranteed results. They had the vehicle 2 weeks the first time and when we got vehicle back the hood,fender, and front bumper were not even close to the right red or metallic variant. We had no daily updates loke some get and no calls. I had the paint color tested and it came back toreodor red on a ruby red vehicle. Body panels were misaligned and there were runs in the paint. They agreed to fix the problems and even gave a free loaner the 2nd go around. Even though the loaner had a bad wheel bearing and ac issues. 2 more weeks and the paint is only marginally closer and the runs are still there. Also the hood alignment is off. We had to call them After 2 weeks both times to get any sort of progress on the vehicle. Otherwise communication was non existent. We are now dealing with insurance as a 3rd chance seems unwarranted. UPDATE: 8/22/24 After Abras reply Progressive has contacted you numerous times and you haven't called us to set up the 3rd appointment yet even though you've had ample time to consult your calendar and get back to us. Your reply doesn't carry any weight.

This is the first time i personally needed to use abras services, but they did a wonderful job. My dad and others have had work done there through insurance as well and their stuff was great as well. Happy with the staff, amazing communication and they were even done a few days before the estimated completion date. Would recommend them and their services to everyone. No complaints with paint matching or other problems!
