Store has drastically went down hill in last couple months, call in morning many times with no answer of phone, was in store today and watched two customers walk out because nobody waited on them meanwhile a bunch of employees chatting in the back room. O'Reilly has always been are go to auto parts store for are business with great care and service but know it seems the management has changed and is in over there head, don't get me wrong there are employees that have been working there a year or so that are still excellent but when we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in the last few years and now in a couple months things changed enough to force us to a different competitor. Sure hope for the sake of the few good employees left that O'Reilly can get this problem figured out. As business owner it starts with store management.

I came in today and never had a probelom with any other employee there and this chick named Ashley came and helped me this time I just said I got the wrong part I would like to return it and get the right one and she just said maybe it’s the right part and your just stupid in a very snarky way so I left and came in later and asked another employee for the part here Ashley was yelling at employees and customers she is not a great fit for the O’Reilly family I will take my Buisness somewhere else.

O’Reillys has always been my go to spot for parts they have always been very respectful and friendly Adam,Dominic,Kyle, Zac, are amazing employees always going above and beyond always trying to help me out in anyway they can but when I had gone in there this time I walked into a female employee yelling at the other employees and when they came out Ashley the female employee was giving me a dirty look and I have Stammering speech so I don’t know if it was because of that but I’m extremely disappointed on how she treated the rest of the employees and how she gave me a dirty look hopefully there some sort of change or punishment for that because that isn’t what a customer should walk into.
