I left a 1 star bc the store was open and two people were physically at the counter. Other than that it was a horrible experience. At 40 years old I have never left a bad review bc it’s too much work and I have compassion for bad days but good lord this place will bring a bad review straight out of you. Rude staff. Absolutely zero care. The woman on staff spoke down to me and was irritably mean. The owner talked to my wife like she was a complete hindrance and when I walked out he yelled at her. I will work hard to never visit again. EVER. Was going to blame UHAUL for not helping them but it’s not uhauls fault that the owner(man) and staff can’t find a mustard seed of service, help or kindness. Me living/keeping my life or giving them my money/business. Drop me off in space and let me float away.

Objectively, this was the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went for a UHaul truck rental, and the husband and wife owners were rude immediately at walk-in. They were uneducated and did not understand the rental process. I wanted to add my husband as an authorized driver, and the owner refused to add him and would not reprint the contract. In the meantime, the woman was constantly giving “tssss” type comments and moaning under her breath at me. They were extremely unprofessional, and I resent that I gave them any money. Please do not go here for Uhaul rentals!

In my 46 years on earth, I have never had a more horrendous experience than when I went to pick up my RESERVED trailer. I was sent to 2 locations, ended up at this location where I encountered two of the rudest, most disrespectful humans I’ve ever met. The “man” at the counter spoke to me as though I was as uneducated as he appeared, raised his voice to me in the store while other customers waited, and the female behind the counter was clearly also a miserable human. After having to explain our ordeal for a 3rd time, I was again spoken to as though I was a toddler, had a pen and paper tossed my way to write down all of the information U Haul had already requested, and when I asked him to repeat what was required, he was terribly inconvenienced due to having to repeat what he mumbled. If this was the last place on God’s earth, I’d never do business here again. Horrible customer service, horrible U Haul representatives, and truly vile humans.

Great spot for quick needs. Mom and Pop shop, which is always a magical experience. My go to spot for small engine repair and oil change supplies.

This store is okay. It is a small store in a small town and convenient if you're in a hurry for a quick fix Instead of going to town. I am on the fence about this one. I like the people but not sure about their bedside manner. (Sort of speak). I haven't shopped here enough lately to give an unbiased review since the last one. I gave a review awhile back that was favorable, but am now undecided. I have heard good and bad but feel this one needs few more visits before I can give a more accurate portrayal. I try to take consideration that they could have had a bad day. Repetitive behavior which takes repetitive visits will make for a more precise answer.
