The Manager, Carlos is EXCEPTIONAL. He goes above and beyond. I used to go to the 2 locations on Charlotte Pike, but sometimes they weren't as helpful, and it would always be a 2-week wait just to bring my car in for them to look. So I followed Carlos to this location (Store #020869), even though it's a little farther, because (1) he ALWAYS takes really good care of his customers; (2) he genuinely cares about his customers; and (3) I can always get my car in there either the same day or within a day or 2. Carlos deserves a raise. Another thing I notice is that there is no turnover of employees/mechanics at this location. Other Nashville locations have had issues with high turnover, or extremely short-staffed (for YEARS). But Carlos must be doing something right for all those mechanics to stay at that location since he's been there. That says a lot. I can tell they all respect him, and they enjoy their jobs. You can’t say this for most places, these days. Please give Carlos a raise!

My first experience with Firestone was in March 2025 and 5/5 stars. I had my car towed due to serious engine issues as my check engine light was flashing and my car was shaking, losing power when I drove. The staff were very friendly and upfront with me about what the possible issues , the time requires and costs of each repair would be. They fixed my car the same day and were wonderful. It's been over 2 weeks since the repair and My car is running perfectly. I will be brining my car to this Firestone next time I have issues.

Ive had to come back 6 times in 4 days. Much of what they told me was done was not done. It started with them not doing the realignment. I was told when I picked it up the first time that the tech was “old and had a long day” so they couldn’t do the realignment. I was also told I needed washer fluid which was odd as I did not before the visit but when I drove home they did not add washer fluid. I brought it back the next day to complete the realignment and add washer fluid. They called me just before closing and said they couldn’t wait for 15 min for my ride so they left the keys in the car for me. When I got there they STILL had not added washer fluid. I again brought it back the next day for them to add washer fluid. They finally did but it wasn’t working. This was when I opened the hood and noticed that the washer fluid line was CUT! This was not an issue before. So now I have to bring it BACK to you all for the 6th time in 5 days. I will never go here again. Awful service. And they treated me the whole time as if I was doing something wrong. Happy to provide photos or discuss further.

I brought my car in to have the back 2 tires replaced. I called and they said they have the tires in stock and they assured me it would be done before the end of the day (I work early mornings and needed the car, and if they were too busy I could go to one of the many other auto shops nearby). Not only did they NOT have my car done, but when I finally got it back they only put 4 of the 5 lug nuts back on

Simple nail puncture. The technician first tried to fight with a screw to pull it out before being convinced to take the tire off the rim and unscrew it properly. Once it was off, he yanked it out and proceeded to DRILL a 1/2 inch hole in my tire while the nail was barely 1/8 inch!!! This, according to him, was “how we do it”. Asked some other guys who work there and it was clear that wasn’t standard, but used in some cases. He then proceeded to re-install the tire overinflated. Not to mention he tried to pull a fast one about tread depth before even knowing what the problem was. When I complained about the drilling, the 2 guys inside clearly didn’t care. Won’t be back here again for anything…
