I couldnt put a lower score but would put a negative 5 stars. Not only was Parker rude... saying" it's your problem now" and "don't call me telling me what other mechanics said", after suggesting(telling) me to visit Pep Boys... he quickly tried to take back his words after hearing what PepBoys had to say as well as a lot of mechanics in Parkers immediate working area. I am a widow of 2 girls and found out inwas sold a car that Parker couldn't sell and did the body work himself so Parjer would be the one to inform me of what needs done ro the car. He was very condescending and rude and said do not ask him any questions about the car. Worst experience ever. Anyone who treat customers like this shouldn't be in business at all. JESUS may be on the car... but it's NO JESUS in Parker or the business ran by Parker. He was despicable and had the nerve to call this very morning but said it was a mistake. Parker has and had no intentions on selling a good car. He was no help in a car that he rebuilt himself so their is real answers that only he knows and Parker still has a key to the car he sold me. All the rumors and stories are coming out. He's a scammer and very rude and unthoughtful. Not a good representation of customer service or workmanship. Everyone needs money but to scam a mother, a widow who just lost their husband IS sad. He ordered a piece and said he fixed the coolant that light still comes on and is now smoking under the hood that no mechanic could find and it became worst after whatever he claimed to do. Haven't had the car 2 full months. Bad choice with this place or anywhere Parker is, in my opinion.

A true testimony of art at its finest. Great customer service and unbelievable attention to detail. Very knowledgeable with competitive prices and I most definitely recommend Parker’s auto body. I’ve been a customer for years and recommended all of my customers.
