Received a SMS message from Pacific Honda staff, hoping to receive a review, I write it down here. In my recently experience at Pacific Honda service center, for regular oil changes maintenance after 7 months period, the staff are nice, the oil change replaced the most expensive fully synthetic engine oil as suggested. However, the vehicle's condition became worse afterwards. For example, engine RPM often exceeded 3000 when accelerate (as compare, before maintenance here just 2000-2300 RPM), and the oil was only 80% level checked in a week later, (not sure oil leak or not, at least last oil change keeps more than 90% level after 6 months) At the same time, there was deformation, large gaps, and paint peeling on the left side of the vehicle (see picture). Some of the steel plates are deformed, and I can retract them by hand. The part shown in the photo is the one I cannot retract. I don't know if it was just me or if there were others, so I gave a Nature review edit01: change from 3-star to 1-star, because I found all others gave 1-star in recently 6 months, so I guess it is not only me meets this experience.

Had the worst car experience here. Made a 7 am appt here to have my oil changed and 2 small items looked at on my doors. I pulled up at 6:55 and was the 15th car in line. By 730 I still wasn’t checked in. So I was given the option to fill out a form and leave my car. At 8:35 I received a call that they had checked my car in and would proceed with the oil change and check the doors. They promptly hung up and then I received an email that said I agreed to a $352 charge… never mentioned to me. I received no communication all day. Called 4 times before 4:00 to find out what was going on to finally be told it hadn’t been worked on and they needed it overnight. Only after I said I had no way to transport my kids was a rental offered. Today…. No communication after 3 messages I finally was told the car was ready, drove over and when they finally located it .., they never did the oil change. No one seems to know what’s going on, how to communicate or where anything is. Extremely frustrating and only a half assed apology to show for it. My business will go elsewhere from now on.

I had an appointment for 8:45am on a Wednesday. I needed 4 things: oil change, for them to check the alignment, check my tires, and to fix whatever was hanging down from under the car. I talked to the advisor and he decided to just add on 180K maintenance package. Didn’t really ask if I was interested, just decided that’s what I was there for. He took a look at my tires and said they were fine. Before I left I was being quoted around $900 and told it would probably be done mid day. I called around 3:30pm for an update and my advisor didn’t know what was going on, said he’d call me back in 15 min. Around 4pm, which is when I told them I’d need the car back, he gave me a call. With zero explanation as to why, he said the car wouldn’t be ready and they’d have to get me a rental from enterprise. Correction, I would pay for the rental and they’d take that cost off my bill. So I get a ride from my coworker back to the service center. Suddenly my $900 quote was over $4K. My tires, which they said were fine, all needed replacing ($700). My front and back brakes and rotors all needed replacing ($1600). The cost for replacing my splash guard which was hanging off was $800. To fix a small oil leak was $400. I wish I would’ve said no to everything but I said yes to fixing the oil leak. I don’t know much about cars and I think they sensed that. I had originally said yes to the brakes and rotors too because they were so pushy but I’m glad I had changed my mind. Anyway, nothing that they were doing to my car should have taken a day and a half. Pretty much every other customer was there due to a huge recall. Since they don’t get money for fixing recalls, it felt like they were trying to take advantage and squeeze as much out of me as possible. I also think that they were so busy with the recall work that they just forgot about my car, which is why they had no explanation as to why it wouldn’t be ready. Anyway, they called me the next day around 12:45pm to tell me my car was ready. They gave me a 10% discount which apparently was also meant to make up what I paid for the rental. In my opinion, they should’ve taken the rental price off my bill AND an additional 10% for the inconvenience. I’m a single parent and had no car seat overnight since it’s installed in my car that they kept. Luckily I didn’t need to take my two year old anywhere, but the anxiety of knowing that in an emergency I had no car seat for her was terrible. Enterprise was the only good experience I had, they picked me up, dropped me off, and the rental and return process was quick and painless.

This dealership is TERRIBLE! They were extremely rude when all I needed was my tire replaced due to a nail. First off I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 explicitly stating I have a nail in my tire and need it patched. I show up at that time and they tell me their tire guy isn’t even there he left hours ago. I have a warranty on my Honda tires which they insisted was incorrect. My father is a Honda mechanic in Oregon and confirmed with his parts guy I indeed do have a warranty and it’s quite literally on Pacific Honda’s website as well. They told me to drive to discount tires who told me the nail is too far on the outside of my tire for them to patch. I drive back to Honda and explain this. Still questioning my warranty they tell me I’m hardly within the mileage limit for the warranty which quite literally doesn’t exist (my dad checked with the warranty company). Not only did they fight my warranty they specifically told me to make an appointment Friday. They would order my tire and it will be there then. I come in Friday at the time I scheduled for and they NEVER ORDERED MY TIRE. I was baffled and can’t imagine the service for something worse than a tire. Honestly would not trust them to fix anything on my car again! Not to mention I’ve travelled across the US for 9 months getting service on my car at different Honda dealerships across the US and this service center was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Once they actually ordered my tire and it arrived their response was “well you’ll have to leave your car here all day because our tire guy isn’t here often.” I had to ask them to please prioritize my situation as it is just a tire and I’ve been through quite a bit already.

I had a really frustrating experience at this dealership. It felt like they weren’t interested in actually helping me as a customer—just trying to find more issues with my vehicle to increase the bill. They didn’t take the time to explain things clearly or even consider my concerns. Instead, it seemed like every time I turned around, there was a new “problem” that needed fixing, all at ridiculously inflated prices. It was clear they were more focused on making money than providing good customer service or maintaining any sort of trust. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, as it felt like they were just looking for ways to upsell rather than genuinely help with my car’s needs. Definitely won’t be returning. Ripping people off is not a nice thing. Updates ⛔️⛔️⛔️ Worst people who working here. They don't care about customers at all!!! I wanted to pick up a part and the worst experience ever. Don't come here if you don't want to get ripped by the wallet and humiliated
