Ordered a part online as it showed it was in stock, even paid online for it. Arrived at the store for pickup and they did not have the part, a 20+ mile drive from my house. They did say that it was in stock at an even further location, but made no effort to confirm. We went to AutoZone, who we expected not to have the party but did see it showing in stock not far away, they called the other location who confirmed the part was in hand. OAP was a poor experience.

Came in a couple of days ago for a battery replacement and Nick replaced it quickly, he had a positive attitude the entire time and answered the questions I had, He did a great job.

O'Reilys in Troy, Oh was exactly what it is suppose to be. A friendly guy that helped me w/ what I needed. I had told him my car stalls in the middle of me driving. He brought his equipment out and tested it. While I thought it was fuel injectors and have been buying fuel injection cleaner, come to find out it needs coils and spark plugs for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. $250. Ugh! However, I did buy myself a couple air fresheners for my car 馃榿 Anyway, my trip was fine. I will be returning tmrw to get what I need if I can.

Went there today and spent over $150 bucks.Do they have a break room?Because I dont want to talk to kid waiting on me while he has food in his mouth eating from a pizza box on the counter.Place was empty but I still felt like I was bothering the 2 employees there.Slow movers as well.And I was the only one to say "thank you".And when I did the kid in a Tipp football shirt who waited on me said "yup".Classy.Have you forgotten we have 2 more auto parts stores in town?It seems to be the case.Another customer lost.....never again.
