1 star because I don’t even want to spend my money with this company because Kevin’s smart remark. Im literally trying to buy brakes & rotors for my car at this very moment. Kevin gets on the phone im asking for quotes. He gave me surrounding locations and I asked if they were open. Because google said 2 were closed near me, so im just confirming Mr Wiseguy Kevin said “aren’t we open?” in this smart tone as if all the stores are open (you guys don’t even have the rotors I need) it Just threw me off because i know its getting late and like i said im trying to buy right now… Kevin spoiled it for Napa I don’t care what type of specials you guys are having… I don’t need the extra lip… im spending my money else where

Had a dead battery (what a headache) but from the moment they opened JIMMY WAS THE MAN! Friendly, professional, helpful and great to work with!!! If you get Jimmy you are a lucky guy! Helped swap out my battery, gave me the best recommendation and really knew his stuff. Even checked on my alternator too! 10/10 would recommend both Jimmy and this O’reillys!
