I came to get a headlight bulb and apparently I grabbed the wrong one. If it's open they don't replace them but I came anyway hoping. I was a minute late and the guy there I believe he's the manager I forgot his name. He is the king of all Kings the best customer service ever he not only replaced it but he got me the right bulb after they were closed door is locked. I will always come back to the store and buy things best ever. I appreciate that so much you're the best dude

I needed help putting in a rear bulb for my blinkers, I asked the cashier could he or someone else help me, he said no, not at this time, while he was doing nothing. I won’t be returning to this location. I felt so offended, disrespected, and unseen. The manager on duty was Michael, he was helping someone else I didn’t bother him with my concerns or needing help. The AutoZone on Rainbow always helps, it literally takes 5 minutes to switch out bulbs. Poor customer service

I went into autozone today and was greeted with kind customer service from Michael, Benn, and Harvey. they were able to help me with the questions I asked and they were very helpful to me by helping me with my check engine light coming on. I also got helped by Michael to help me fix my head light issue and windshield wipers replaced. I'm not really familiar with car stuff but they defiantly are and they are very professional and they have gained a customer for life. I would highly suggest that if you are looking for a place to get your car issues fixed I would come here first. thank you again Michael, Benn, and Harvey for your professionalism.
