I had an appointment here for oem tpms sensors that I bought to be changed here for my 2012 honda civic ex sedan. An older Hispanic lady helped us and Brandon also a Caucasian was working out back. The Caucasian tech installed and balanced my tires. We have been taking our 2009 toyota 4runner and our 2006 and 2012 honda civic ex for years. The prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. I came to this location for an oil change. My boyfriend had work done on his car at this location and was very satisfied. I mentioned this to the guy who was helping me with my appointment for the oil change and he did not even acknowledge what I said. I expected a good customer service person to say something like, that's great he referred you here. This guy did not say one word to acknowledge what I said. All I got was total silence. That was my first and last visit to this place. Comments like what I said should ALWAYS BE ACKNOWLEDGE. The guy that helped me is BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS. This location always seem to be busy, so they probably DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS. It's sad how some business owners select the wrong people to deal with their customers. They are BAD for your business ! ! ! I need new tires but will take my business to someone that will demonstrate some customer appreciation. Just saying....

Looks like I should have heeded the negative reviews. Clicked the online coupon prompt link "Make an Appointment" that promised up to $50 off oil change, a combo of $25 off from pepboys itself and a $25 rebate from Pennzoil. So I booked an appointment for a Sunday as a result. A service manager called on Sunday to tell me that they were all booked and recommended Monday so I booked that instead. I come in Monday, and the service manager told me that there was a coupon barcode that needed to be scanned, even though the link I clicked provided no such image. I described the coupon offer and she said it was discontinued yesterday on Sunday...very convenient! Suffice to say I didn't go through with the service as it's apparent that bait an switch is their mo unfortunately. In all dont expect a smooth experience at all when trying to redeem a pepboys offer.

Very honest and up front. I dread going to actual car dealers because they are not honest and their pricing for service is extremely high. Pep Boys are at least 30% less in pricing and were honest in what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. The Cadillac dealer kept my vehicle for 2 weeks which is about the norm. Pep boys turned in my vehicle the next day. I trust Pep Boys and highly recommend them. My Pep Boys shop was on Lake Mead, Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV.

The team at the Summerlin Pep Boys location is always very kind & attentive. They are very knowledgeable & honest. They always do a great job servicing my vehicle & share with suggestions for additional services that may be needed before completing additional work. I've been servicing my car here for years & am always greatly satisfied.
