Staff was not very helpful and both employees had attitude, took 5 batteries in for the recycling program and they informed me they only allowed $5 each when they were $10 just a couple months ago at same store, I asked when they went from 10 to 5 and he said it's always been like that bud, next day I went to the Monticello store, $10 each and applied it towards a new battery and they even price matched a battery from rural king, excellent service at Monticello!!! Will go back to Monticello again

Drove 40 mins to this store because they had the parts I needed to finish my wifes brakes on a Sunday before returning to work on Monday. Only for them to tell me their inventory was incorrect on two different parts that the online site said were in stock.

Never had a bad experience here, staff are always in a good mood and know there job. Prices are reasonable, and when your items are on sale its about as good as it gets. Very rarely if ever has a part not been in stock, and my ride is 22 yrs old....

I needed a PCM for my truck so I stopped here and they found the part I needed but had to submit a customer request to make sure they could get that particular PCM. So I gave them my name, phone number and address and they submitted the request. 2 days go by and I didn't hear anything so I stopped by again. They look it up and found out that they can't get that PCM. No phone call to let me know or anything. So now my truck has been down 2 full days more than it needed to be, all because they couldn't make a simple phone call to let me know they couldn't get the part. That's absolutely no way to conduct business.
