My car battery died on a cold and rainy day recently. I came in to purchase a new battery and luckily one the workers knew how to change the battery in my specific vehicle (which I would have had to take to a dealership to do) and volunteered to do so. Huge shout out to Sal for standing out in the cold rain for an hour to change my battery, thank you so much!! Sal showed incredible customer service and I will gladly return to this location because of it.

What a great experience! Came in for a battery. The computer said it would take 40 minutes to replace, and Joey didn't know if he could do that. "Let's take a look" he said. "This doesn't look that hard". Battery replaced in a few minutes, what great service! This is my go-to auto parts store from now on. After a horrible experience at the dealership (who should have replaced my battery during a lengthy repair), this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Joey and O'Reilly!

Stopped in for a free diagnostic code check on a search engine light. Mike was incredibly helpful. The part needed was inexpensive and I may be able to handle the repair myself, thanks to Mike’s quick look under the hood and his suggestions. I’m guessing he is a Manager. If not, he is a great hire. Everything you want out of an auto parts store trip.

These guys always do a great job. Sal the manager was super attentive and helpful giving me several options to fix my brake lights and even coming out to help me change the bulbs. I couldn't recommend more.

Daniel was super nice and helpful when I came in to get my check engine light looked at. As it turns out, I’m an idiot. He let me know that I just needed to put more air in one of the tires. If I ever need help again (which I’m sure I will), I’ll definitely come back here. Thank you, Assistant Manager Daniel!

Bought wrong wiper blade. Returned the blade for the right firing one. Employee Bry dedicated her time to help me. I appreciate her time & patience finding the right one. After a few trails she managed to find it and installed in on car. Bry embodied what customer service is all about. Thank you Bry.

Absolutely the best O’Reilly’s location I’ve been to by far! I pulled into the parking lot in a Mack semi with a hydraulic leak and they went above and beyond to make me new lines and replace the damaged fittings! A special thanks to the manager Sal for personally helping me !
