These guys are top tier professionals and are passionate about Acura and Honda. Not only can they be trusted, they go above and beyond with pride in the service they provide. I'm new to the area and needed an oil change on my 2011 Accord, and I'm very glad I went to Import Concepts! They were quick, professional, and had fair prices. They gave me a list of recommended items but were not pushy, and I'll be coming back for my future maintenance needs!

After trying Honda and a few others, these guys provide a great service with expert knowledge at a reasonable price. Knowing they use Honda genuine parts is great. If you’re like me, whenever I go to an actual Honda dealer for service they try to charge me so much every single time. This place tells me exactly what I need to do and if I can hold off so I don’t need to pay or worry about it until later. When buying a new car, they also did an inspection to make sure everything checked out which was reassuring . I use them for my Honda fit and Honda crv hybrid.

I have been here before and had good service but today I was genuinely shocked with the way I was spoken to. I was told to basically get rid of my car and given a list of things wrong with it without going into any specifics and then asked if I wanted to do anything about it today or just plan to get rid of my car.. then told that the shop was in ER mode and I needed to let them know soon because if not they needed to get someone else in my spot right away if not. I appreciate when people are candid but presentation and empathy goes a long way. Nobody deserves to be talked to this way.

Excellent experience with my Honda CR-V. Very thorough and didn't feel like they were trying to pressure any repairs that weren't truly needed. They also were flexible working with my vehicles warranty on a pretty large repair. I will definitely come back to this place instead of going to the Honda Dealership.

I had a check engine light come on in my Honda pilot while I was traveling across the country. These guys helped me on a Friday morning even though they were pretty booked up, so that saved me from having to stay the weekend. Both the guy working up front and the mechanic were very professional and helpful.

Great place for Hondas. They are all certified Honda mechanics and give you honest, helpful advice. They don’t try to upsell you and charge you reasonable prices. Great alternative to taking it to the dealership.

This garage gets all my business from now on . Apple tree Honda has been horrible to work with and these guys have taken the time to talk to us and tell us the truth about what we need to do and save is $$. We have two Hondas and will not buy another one as you are stuck working with Apple Tree . Our two Hondas we have will be taken to Import Concepts.
