I recently visited this auto parts store hoping to get my car battery replaced, but it was a complete disaster. The staff seemed clueless and unhelpful, and they didn't have the right tools or knowledge to replace a simple battery. I wasted my time and left frustrated. Definitely won't be coming back here!

I had an amazing experience with this location, and specifically with Christen! She worked so hard on getting my new battery installed...she even called in a family member to help the complicated situation! I'm so happy and grateful to have found this shop - where I will go for all of my car needs! Thank you Christen!

Customer service was fair.... The manager didn't inform me that I could save money by purchasing an oil filter alongside my oil.... I sorted that out by myself at the register when the price was too high. The sales associate was polite and did her job just fine. She did however lack basic car knowledge. It was fine. If I were going to choose between the autozone down the road and this place, I'd pick the former.

This particular store is awesome. The staff is as knowledgeable for parts as you could ask for being that they are not mechanics and they are professional in their dealings as long as you are reasonable in your expectations. It would not be five stars , but they got rid of Sal some time ago. That guy sucked.

I went in here looking for windshield wiper blades for my Volvo SUV. Christy had the two front ones but not the back one. But she told me that if I just ran down the road to their second store she could have me pay for it at her place and she saw they had one available. so I went down to the other store and they had what I needed, the boy even helped me put it on the back windshield, it was kind of tough but he did a great job. So these folks are real helpful.and they had a good selection of what I needed, and even the one they didn't have they made sure I got it right away at that second location.

About a month ago, my boyfriend and I went in to buy a battery and after describing the issue, the lady at the register told us it could be the alternator. She brought her tool out to our car to check but our battery had already died again and then without having even been able to check and make sure, she began insisting that it was the alternator and that we should buy an alternator. We debated and decided to just get the battery because our symptoms didn't add up to a bad alternator. Even after changing the battery out, the lady told us that when the battery drains to come back and get an alternator and had us speak with someone who could change it. It has been a month and the battery is still working completely fine, the alternator is fine. The store clerk insisted that we had a more expensive issue without even checking in order to get more money out of us. If you do shop here, would recommend caution when listening to their advice.
