Due to hurricane Helene I was without a car for a couple months. Caliber collision teamed with my insurance company to repair the damages. Erica and Robin were exceptional to work with. I cannot recommend this caliber collision enough for any car repairs!!! They are truly the best! My car was very damaged due to an accident and it looked better than when I had bought it when I came back to pick it up! Pics do not do it justice. Those guys are amazing!

Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for the staff and expertise at this location of Caliber Collision! This is the second time I've had to utilize their services. My vehicle went in a few days before Hurricane Helene! Talk about stressful! Caliber took all the worry out of the process by communicating with the other drivers insurance company, the rental company and providing me with updates. They went above and beyond this time even covering the rental for a weekend, when I was stuck in traffic, and could not reach them in time to pick up my vehicle before they closed. From customer service on taking the vehicle in, to quoting the repair time and service, dealing with my frantic nerves & questions (which deserves a pay raise in itself) to final delivery i cannot say enough great things about my experience with everyone here. Their sister location across town was destroyed in the Hurricane....they even took in that locations staff initially after the storm 🤗 goes to show the type of people they are! Whether it is a tiny dent or a full Collision 💥 you need to take your vehicle to Caliber! Undoubtedly, you will be in good hands! 💗

My recent experience with Caliber Collision on Piney Park Rd could not have been better. They scheduled my repair right away and had the work done sooner than originally estimated. They updated me frequently and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Not only was the workmanship top notch, my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m a very happy customer!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The communication beginning to end was way above and beyond. Daily texts with status updates. They even met my request to be done a little early so I could get my truck back in time for a family camping trip. To not have to tell my kids they wouldn’t get to go was amazing. They showed they really care. Erica was especially helpful during the repair and always available to answer any question I had. The other lady at the front desk was beyond exceptional as well.

These guys are great! I hit a deer, and although it didn't do a lot it was enough damage to have it repaired. The entire process from insurance to getting the car back was less than 2 weeks. Only a week in the shop! The car looked far better when I got it back than it did before I hit the deer! Everyone was very friendly and professional and the quality of the work was top notch! If you live near this area I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Great work and great communication along the way! My car had pretty bad damage and you can't even tell anymore. Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very friendly and made the process a lot less stressful for myself.

Total rip off. They did work I asked them not to do. Then double charged me and my insurance almost $650. At one point they had a service tech pretend to be a manager to get me off the phone. All while hammering me with certified letters to my home demanding payment. Will never go back
