These guys did a great job on my truck. The Line-X was flawless and they walked me through every step of the install process. Also custom ordered an ARE truck topper that they installed at the same time. Will be back in the future for wheels, tires, and a lift!

Outstanding overall. The vehicle that I brought for alignment is my main form of transportation so I had to wait. They were quick to get it in and done. Now it's driving like a brand new 2002 truck. Thanks Wheel City.

I've had mixed experiences with Wheel City. On one occasion, I had my 2018 GMC aligned and everything went smoothly. The personnel were pleasant and easy to work with. However, my second experience was quite frustrating. I tried several times to schedule an alignment for another vehicle, but they were always booked when I was available. Eventually, I managed to secure an appointment 3-4 weeks out. A week before my appointment, I received a call late one evening informing me that they needed to reschedule due to concrete being poured. We agreed to move the appointment to the following Friday. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, they were still pouring concrete. The staff I spoke to acted like I didn't have an appointment and seemed indifferent to the inconvenience. Despite explaining that they had called me to reschedule, the staff member was unapologetic and unhelpful, insisting that the concrete work was delayed due to rain the previous week. I had taken a vacation day for this appointment, but the staff's attitude made it clear they didn't care about resolving the issue. While Wheel City seems to do good work as mechanics, their customer service and business management need significant improvement. If you choose to do business with them, make sure to double and triple-check your appointment.

I came in with part numbers for wheels and tires. As promised, they price matched and got my wheels and rims in with the installation for far cheaper than I anticipated. Great company and good people to work with. Shout out to John at the front desk for being so polite and respectful. The smallest act of kindness and really make one’s day!

i DO NOT & WILL NOT recommend this shop to anyone. i was declined service due to the mechanic attempting to give me 8 listed items that i know for a fact did not need replaced, nor did they make an impact on the driving/performance of the vehicle. i am lead to believe the mechanic given the job was too lazy to complete a serviceable task & made a failed attempt to upsale a car enthusiast. i’ve brought other vehicles here before, and never had this problem. i’ll stick to doing alignments myself at home.
