Won't answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold for 10+ minutes. TBH I've never experienced this before at this location, but it's why I went to AutoZone 💯🤷

In my eyes best auto part store out of all the auto part store chains fast help very knowledgeable about cars and they can order your part if they don't have it in stock they can damn near get it to you the next day depending on what it is. They also rent tools here for the harder projects very good auto part store would highly recommend

Ok so I'm a faithful customer at O'Reilly Auto Parts.. I used to only purchase from the N High St store, but I've moved to a different area and I've found my new store! Troy (not sure if he's the manager?) Is very polite and helpful! And Knowledgeable!! Thank goodness! Also I'm pretty savvy to cars and I appreciate not being treated like I'm dumb because I'm a Woman, and these guys are always very pleasant! Finally an Auto Parts Store that has their stuff together! Thanks guys!!

Went there today to have my car put on that machine ,a nice young man help me come out put the machine on and then we went back in to get results,he explained everything to me .I didn't get a name ,but he was a blonde,thank you for explaining it to me so I could understand

As a woman, I always get anxiety going to the parts store. Even though ik what I'm doing, mist don't think so. However my anxieties were quickly pushed away. The woman that helped me (im sry I forget her name, it started with an "S" I believe.) Was very helpful. And I was super comfortable being in there. Ty for the lovely experience. This is the only place im going from now on.

Higher rating deserved!! This place is so impressive n helpful!! They do more than just their jobs n go way beyond whats expected to help n acquire the necessary parts etc. Shannon n the other crew members are the friendliest, knowledgeable and experienced helpful group that I have come to rely on. They are more than trustworthy!!
