Tire Guys and Service

Tech guys very careless with your auto. I went for oil change, and by the way, you have to tell them you would like other fluids checked. Paid my bill, got into my vehicle and the drivers seat had 2 inch cut in the leather. I notified them, was told owner would get with me. Did not happen. 3 weeks out, no word. Also, had extra 20 min wait time, they did not have oil filter for my car. Had to call and get it delivered. Just saying, my visit could have been better.

I took a set of custom-made 18 in rims and tires to have mounted and balanced. I was told they could handle it. Keep in mind that these rims took 6 mo to have made and cost a lot!! The tech was up front and showed me two rims that he messed up during tire mounting. Props for being honest, but that doesn't help the fact that now i have some rims that look like someone curbed them. One Rim was gouged pretty good on the inside, and the other the chrome was peeled on the outer lip. I got home, cleaned them up and inspected them closer, and found that there were more knickes and scratched on them. Then, to top it off, one of the valve stems is leaking after I was assured he checked them. I'm not taking back there to have redone and take the chance if the rims are getting even more beat up. I would not suggest this place . Update. The manager texted me and told me that the owners would be calling me to try to resolve the issue. They never did. That was three weeks ago. The only way to resole the issue would be to replace or repair the damaged two rims being they took on the responsibility and said it would be no problem. If they don't offer to do so, then there is no use in contacting me anyway! They probably know this, and that's why the owners have not done so.

Brittany the service clerk was very attentive and helpful and helped me save time and money everything was properly replaced and the staff was very polite I will be bringing my business back to tire guys from now on and again all done at a very reasonable price also helpful with finance options if need be all in all top notch service/ business. THANK YOU BRITTANY AND THANK YOU TIRE GUYS MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

Great and friendly service at this place. I picked up a screw in a tire and brought my car here. I thought for sure that I’d have to leave the car overnight, or at the very least it would be a few hours. Nope. They were super fast. 15 minutes in and out so I was super happy! If I need any work done in the future, this will definitely be my go-to for any future work.

Tire Guys restored my faith in the auto repair industry. They took care of all my needs, 4 tires, rim restoration, alignment and oil change. Everyone was professional. Brittany went above and beyond for me. I watched them comfort a distraught customer about the repairs and they worked with them on their needs. I was in and out in a day. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to get me in. They took the time to help me figure out what was best for me and fair for them. They took the time to initiate a repairs claim and approval process with AllState's extended care process. This was the easiest trip I've ever made to get complete auto care service. The prices, the quality, and the environment made getting the repairs I needed worth going there. I will definitely go back here for any service I need and the future. I have already recommended them to a few people and I will going forward. Thank you Tire Guys!

These guys are awesome ! Definitely my new go to shop. Brought my car back to life !! financed repairs on one car and paid out of pocket on the either. Would recommend this shop to anyone . Brittany up front is 5 star as well, she was super on top of everything always got back to me in a timely manner and was also very knowledgeable . 10/10 experience

They do not tell you up front what the price is. Once you go to pay for your service, they then add the tax on instead of telling you before hand. They also charge $75 just to look at your vehicle. Tires are wayyyy over priced here as well. ($200+ for one tire!!) Then they make fun of you for not knowing about cars. They told me my shocks were bad and it would be $600+, I take it somewhere else, they said it was a broken strut mount and it only cost me $200 to fix. Very poor customer service here!!! I will not be back. I would give 0 stars if possible!!
