Usually I don’t do leave bad reviews. I chalk the circumstances up to one offs or bad perspective. Although at this point I felt the need to help fellow professionals and enthusiasts avoid the headaches I have faced, if possible, going to this store. Unless it’s one of the 2 older gentleman behind the counter, just turn around and walk out. I could go into detail about the multiple dismal experiences I’ve had here on my company’s behalf, or my personal needs, but it’s not even worth it. All this because I was trying to return a headlight bulb a different store dropped off, with a receipt Account number, PO Number, and counter ID.

Had to get something the other auto ones didn't have and a young man Patrick even helped me put it on! That one will be going places one day!

20 miles from town my alternator goes out. Brandon was very helpful to test everything and make sure then find the right part for me. He also made sure I had everything I needed to get it swapped out. I will definitely be back ×hen I am in town picking up a load.

The staff was very knowledgeable about how to take care ot the code my truck was showing. Bought what Shawn recommended and fixed the problem.

Wrong rotors….TWICE!!! Then no response when I emailed the company about it. Ridiculous. I checked the part # myself the second time, but silly me only checked the top box. Got home to find the box on the bottom was a different rotor. This of course was after figuring out the first trip that they gave me rear rotors, not front. Gave me the right front pads, but wrong rotors. Come on O’Reilly, I thought auto parts was kinda your thing.
