Metz Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department

Always great service! Every time I have been there I recieved a "good morning,"or "good afternoon, " from just about every employee I encountered while I was there. The sales department has always treated me very well with my last 3 purchases and both the sales manager and finance manager I had the pleasure of dealing with truely took the time to understand my needs. It felt as if I was talking to myself ! 5 stars only because 10 wasn't an option! And GO IRISH!

0 stars! The service dept. had difficulty with purchasing a part for my vehicle. Instead of telling me, they just let me wait longer. I had to call them to figure out there was a delay. The service documentation fee is ridiculous! Had to pay for shop supplies for them to hook it up to a machine! I was told it would be 2 hours, but it was 3 hours. No customer service! I guess they expect a text to notify the customer. My "in service" text came 1 minute before the "vehicle done" text. They seemed too bothered to talk to me face to face! I have to take my vehicle in again because something isn't right.

These folks are always so helpful and courteous. No one ever wants to have issues with their vehicle, it's a burden and at the very least an inconvenience. But the service team is very easy to work with and they always take real good care of me.

My truck was checked in on Aug 6, 2024... I didn't get it back until Jan 15 2025...just kept saying your next your next...my husband had used this dealership numerous times over several years with no problem also recommended it to a friend...his truck came to them before ours and is still there up on the lift 😞. Also I got the truck back with not all problems fixed...will never go back there...

Metz Service department is always outstanding. Carmela and Ashley are always a delight to work with at the service desk. Always professional and care about what you’re dealing with. Doug Skaggs is the best service technician and true mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Please don’t ever lose this team👍🇺🇸😎

Everyone is so efficient. The only complaint i have is airing up my tires. My duallies require 65 PSI. Unfortunately someone only put 60 or maybe less. There aren't a lot of places nearby with air, so now I have to pump up with my mobile one and we'll it takes too long. My front tires supposed to be 80 and again they are low.
