Newmar Service Center

We purchased a used Newmar Dutch Star motorhome in 2018. Unfortunately, an antelope ran into us in 2019. Because of the pandemic, the repairs weren't done until January of 2021. The Newmar service center and specifically the technician, Rick, who worked on our unit, were the best. Rick did a fabulous job on the fiberglass, and the paint shop made it all shine. Because of the professionalism and quality of work, we decided to have much more done. This year, our technician was Ben. Rick helped, too. And probably many more that we never met. To you, Stuart, our team leader, and our technicians and the folks in the paint shop, thank you. WE LOVE OUR COACH! IT IS BEAUTIFUL! Inside and out. We look forward to many, many miles of traveling.

emergency stop on 3 week trip, the are working us in. WIllie is kind and caring, highly recommend this place. Almost didn't cone here because it said training center, but its not, all experienced technicians. They take great care of your coach, and even cover the seats before sitting down. They even have hook ups so you can sleep in your coach, water and a dump station.

We went to 2 freightliner companies in Connecticut for service. Due to Freightliner's lack of experience working on our Newmar NA, we ended up with major problems. The slides , shades, Jack's, Cypher lock, and thermostats no longer worked. We finally got an appointment at Newmar Repair in Nappanee, Indiana. The repair area, the lounges, and the campground were fabulous and very accommodating. The Newmar staff were very professional, personable, and friendly. Our service tech. was Rory. He listened intently to our problems with our NA, he asked questions, and began working out a repair plan. Most of our issues were electrical, so Rory worked on getting the right people involved and the repairs began. Amazingly, in 3 days, all of our problems were fixed. Everything worked perfectly. We so appreciate Rory and the other Newmar staff for their efforts in getting our NA repaired and in excellent working condition. So, if we have another problem, where will we go? We have owned 3 Newmar motorhomes through the years. We started with a Ventana, moved to a Dutch Star and now own a London Aire. We have always brought them to the Service Center in Nappanee, IN when we needed work done. We have always been treated like family each time we were here. This stop did not disappoint. Ryan was very thorough as the technician and Alvin was very responsive as the lead. We will be back again if needed!!!

Best customer service in the Motorcoach business, this was our second visit to Nappanee and we could not be more pleased, they under promise and over deliver, everything was done better than we excepted. Sue at the front desk is warm and welcoming, is a wealth of information and greets you by name with a smile. Mr. Miller our tech was great, did everything on our list and even a couple last minute add-ons in less time than excepted. Mr. Miller met us each morning shared the days plan and at the end of the day gave us an update on the progress. We will not go anywhere else for service if possible, it's worth the drive from anywhere is the US.

Norm and Doug worked on our 2020 Newmar Ventana for a week. Service is amazing. I cannot say enough about it service center. You could eat off the floors in there. Never been so impressed with any place like this I will always own a Newmar. Thank you, Norman Doug for all the hard work you did and got all the work done within a week.

The service has been excellent. I call and give them my name and immediately they have my motorhome info. The needed part is found and shipped out that day.
