Usually I have great service, but I went at 9:15pm to get some wiper blades and the second we walked up to the door the lights shut off and the door was locked when they close at 10. So I've had to drive across town trying to see past the broken rubber in the rain. Was not thrilled that the night shift shut it all down almost an hour early.

I only been to raise auto parts store once and it was the Best service and experience! Shelly was Awesome and took her time helping me and explained all I needed. No BS at all that women get at auto stores sometimes. She will take care of your needs with patience and care 👏 I Highly recommend this place for your needs.

Me and my husband had to get a very important part for a vehicle cause we haul stuff with our vehicle. The store closed at 8 pm so I called and there was literally 10 minutes before they closed and so I called and told them we were on the way but we would get there literally one minute after they closed. The guy said don't worry just come on we will stay open. Well we get there and then they tell us they couldn't take the change we brought and asked us what was going on so we told them the whole truth and the story. After explaining everything they gave us a discount and took like 25% off which made the price perfect. If it wasn't for those gentlemen taking time out of the schedule and listening to us and helping us we would have literally been broken down 900 miles away from home. If I could give this store 100 stars I would. I wish there was more people out there like these two gentlemen..
