I couldn’t be happier with Dom, the store manager at the Barberton location. He went above and beyond to help me order and fix my tail light assembly for my Jeep Gladiator. He saved me a ton of money. Not only was he significantly cheaper than the dealership, he put it in for me at no cost. Probably saving me an additional 200-300 in labor. I’ve had less than good experiences at the Norton Store which is closer to my house. I will now take the longer drive and will only deal with Dom and his Barberton Store! Thanks Dom!

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I visited O'Reilly to purchase some truck parts, and we encountered a deeply troubling experience. A man behind the counter, wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, with the name tag Derrick, was making racist and inappropriate remarks about a fellow employee. We will not be going back, as it made us extremely uncomfortable, especially since we have a mixed-race son. I sincerely hope O'Reilly addresses this matter appropriately, as we have been loyal customers.

Barberton O'Reilly Auto Parts, 27 5th Street. Compliments to Derek who kindly assisted me by checking my the oil level in my car, making sure I purchased the correct type of oil and adding the oil to my car. He was very considerate and knowledgeable. Great employee!! Thank you Derek.

Extremely disappointed with customer service. Last week I went in to get a key fob. I was told $70 but he would give it to me for $50. He had to order one. Didn't get back in time so they returned it. Went back yesterday and they ordered me another one. Went in today to buy it and have it programmed, which they said they would do. Went to pay for it. $59. Per the manager. I left without purchasing it and very disappointed with the customer service. I'm retired and on a fixed income. Never had any problems with them. Been going there for years!
