We had an amazing experience. After having our tires out of balance for months and our regular provider continued to be unable to fix the issue, NTB diagnosed the tire issue in an instance, had us in and out in less than an hour. We highly recommended them!

I have been here several times and each time I have received excellent customer service. I called this morning to make an appointment for new brakes and they were able to get me in the same day and take care of everything in 2 hours. I highly recommend them!

I hate when you go get a service and they come and tell you all that you need done and I just had certain things done already. I may be a female, but I do know some things about vehicles. Just change the oil, please, and thank you for the services rendered. So, this lady is getting fluids checked etc and they tell her all these tings wrong, so she replied calling her son. So, I asked is this going on with the car? She replied she hadn't heard any of that or felt a vibration or shift. Also, Misael techs are good and trustworthy. Wait and let your son check it out. She said wow thank you so much." She said that she isn't made of money & everyone wants to rip people off nowadays. Yes, sad, but honestly, not everyone.

Thank you NTB for fixing the issue with my tire pressure sensor! I went to another local shop who quoted me more than 4x the amount I paid at NTB to correct the issue at hand. I'm thankful you guys were honest about being able to replace just the one vs. all four (like the other shop) and getting me in and out quickly. I will definitely be back!

Got a screw in my tire today and need to get back on the road quickly. Mavis in Simpsonville was able to fit me into their busy schedule and got me in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I visited Mavis tires & brakes at (23 Ray E Talley Ct, Simpsonville SC )to inquire about a squeaky brake. After an inspection, I was brought into the garage and given a quote of nearly $500, which I could not afford at the time. I declined the service and left. However, shortly after driving away, I noticed my car was riding strangely and making a knocking noise. I pulled over in a nearby parking lot and discovered that the lug nuts on one of my tires had not been properly tightened after the inspection. This is an extremely dangerous oversight that could have led to a serious accident or damage to my vehicle. I immediately contacted the shop. The clerk apologized and sent a mechanic to address the issue on-site. Thankfully, I had not driven far, and no accident occurred. However, this level of negligence is unacceptable for any auto repair business. The safety of customers should be the highest priority, and in this case, that standard was clearly not met. I’m sharing this experience to warn others and to strongly encourage the shop to review their safety and quality control procedures. Mistakes like this could cost lives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I had two tires replaced on a Jeep. This may have been the first or second time I had been to this location. I bought these tires elsewhere because NTB's prices were about $50 more for each. I did set an appointment to have them installed here. When checking in, I specifically asked how long it would take. I was told about one hour. That seemed reasonable for two tires. I wasn't in a huge rush. The staff was friendly and professional. The tech replaced the correct ones (whew!) since my setup was a bit complicated (five tires on a Jeep). They got it done in about 1:45, quite a bit longer than I expected. Thankfully, there's an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance in case things are delayed. Overall, they did a good job for a fair price. Note to NTB: if you set an expectation for an hour, and the customer is waiting, consider communicating what is going on to set a new expectation.

We were traveling and about to head home when we noticed a flat tire. We took our car to NTB and they got us in and out quickly even though they were extremely busy. The manager and his crew were really nice and were helping all customers, not just us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs tires!

Great service. Jordan was super nice. He got to me quick told me all that was going to happen before it happened. Clean place inside out. Great people and excellent service. I will go back and will recommend this to my friends and family. Great job you guys and thanks Jordan for all you did.
