If i could give 0 stars, I would. I had two tires go flat at 5pm on a Saturday. Called and asked if they would be able to help since they close at 6:30. Was told they may be able to, but most likely couldn't get to it until Monday. Managed to drive to the shop, walked in explain the situation only to be met with extremely rude tone. Told me they were "out of patches" and could not plug the tire. No one was able to help me or guide me to another location. Ended up at the Walmart nearby and they were extremely kind and helped me get in fixed at 6:30 when they closed at 7:00. Would not trust this Goodyear location with any of my business. Have never trusted Walmart before, but I would go to the Walmart in Simponsiville again for all my car needs!

Unable to tell me why my car died. I was patient. Dropped it off 4 times last week, every time they said it was fixed. I got a new battery. Then a new battery terminal. Then another new battery. Taking it someone else. Thank you for ruining my week Goodyear.

Tire replacement: got the same tire that the manufacturer had on my car. The waiting room was clean, and I was quickly acknowledged and assisted by Jason. It was easily determined the tire that I needed and Jason quickly reviewed and expense sheet for the purchase. While waiting for the tire to be installed, I reviewed the estimate form and realized there was a $25 road hazard warranty fee that is optional. That information was not clearly stated during the review of the estimate. However it was easily deducted from my final bill once the tire installation was complete. I was told the tire replacement would take approximately 1-1.5 hours, but in fact it only took 30 minutes. Goodyear's website advertises the tire I purchased for $10 cheaper than what the Simpsonville location charged me. Overall, I'm giving a three-star rating because I felt like the $25 charge for the road hazard warranty was not appropriately clarified and I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Purchasing new tires and getting this type of service is not something I do every single day. I like to go somewhere that I can trust the people I'm working with. I'm leaving today feeling indifferent.

I dropped a tire off to have it plugged. They took my information and said they'd call when it was ready. On the 3rd day of not getting a call back, I stopped by to pick it up only to be told they don't plug tires. I admit, I ranted a little bit (not full Karen mode) on the way out. Went home to plug it myself only to find that they had removed the valve stem cap AND the valve core!!!!! I guess I should have known better tho. I had scheduled an appointment a couple months back to have ball joints replaced on my truck. When I went in to drop it off I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it for a few days and asked if I could leave it. Needless to say, I did not leave it. Absolutely unacceptable! VERY poor customer service.

Disrespectful and indolent to patching a flat tire. Wasted 2 hours of my time just to tell me they would not patch it.

I am surprised on some of the reviews that were posted, I can only speak for my positive experience. Brought my car in since my sensor has been indicating my back left tire was low on air. I brought it in and they suggested to look at the sensor prior to spending money on another tire since the tread looked good. I made an appointment for the next day and I even asked if they could change my oil although I had not originally requested it. They said they could and it was determined I had a nail in the tire and only needed it to be plugged, no need for a new tire. Surprising that a business would be upfront about that but glad they were and they did my oil change and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I had zero issues.
