Ordered a part today, called up there and got put on hold 12 minutes by the New York/Northern accent guy. He comes back on the phone huffing like he was mad to help me, tells me the part is there so I leave and head that way. I get 2 min away and he calls me and says now they don't have the part and he still had a bad attitude problem telling me that, then hung up on me. Someone that doesn't enjoy helping customers should not be working in customer service at all. Not having the part was fine but the crappy attitude from him was not fine.

Went in for help with a battery. Nobody else in the store. Guy behind the counter was glued to his chair. No interest at all in helping me. Just purchased this expensive battery from them in the last two to three years but didn't have the receipt. Clearly a NAPA Legend battery. My last ever purchase from this store. If you are looking for customer service go to Mauldin.

Kind of hard to get in and out of but they were the only ones in Greenville that had what I needed on the shelf. Price wasn't jacked up like I expected either.

Very weird experience at this location. Employees are very confused and don't know what's going on. They don't even know how to work their registers and it's awkward watching them bang their keyboards trying to make something happen. Never go up there and ask for a new battery without your original one to SHOW THEM WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, because if they don't know what you have, they don't know what to give you. What should have been a one day venture turned into a three day ordeal just trying to get the correct car battery. Customer service was also strange as well. One of the young men there looks completely stoned and acts like it's his first day on the job... maybe this IS his first day on the job... or maybe it's his first day at ANY job? Needless to say, we will not be back to this location. There are plenty of NAPAs to choose from, so we'll drive a little further and visit another when we need to.
