Honestly, best prices in the state. I was looking for a knuckle for my M3, and they had it with one of the best price's I've found. I really appreciate the owner, he was really helpful and made sure I was all setup before I drove back to Columbus.

Made a phone call to ask about a part on eBay, the guy was rude and laughing when asked what the condition of the back of the part looked like since no pictures displayed on the site. He then proceeded to say it had rust on it. And continued to laugh. I would be cautious of this place since they are only showing you the good side of a part and they could certainly use a person with better customer service. I take it the person answering was the owner but, he doesn’t realize how much business is lost due to bad customer service and trying to hide the obvious. Thank you previous reviewers for being honest, you saved us a two hour drive!!!

I must admit giving my card info over the phone with out even seeing a picture of what I was buying worried me. But my concerns were unnecessary. I immediately was sent a text message with a picture of my invoice. When shipping information was available I received notice of that as well. Very friendly very speedy service. I received the correct part very quickly, and for a more than fair price especially since it was shipped from several states away. I had looked everywhere for a 92 Mazda drivers window glass and it was nearly impossible to locate Northtown Auto Parts got me what I needed. The only other place that could find one was a franchise Auto glass repair company in which I'd have to bring the car to them two towns away and I would have still paid double for it. Thank you so much Northtown Auto. You saved this car for a few more uears.

URGENT!!! Read This!! I have read every single review of NorthTownAutoParts, and I have to say that people who call and are rude are only going to get rude back. If you call and they don’t have a part he’s not wasting your time by saying we don’t have that and hanging up. Go look somewhere else. I live in Florida and I drive a 90 Jeep. Couldn’t find a transmission in my state anywhere. I finally found one from this place and I have nothing but good to say. Rone the owner helped me with every issue I had and I had my doubts at first just like some of you. But he worked with me all the way. I was sent pictures of everything I ordered from the day I bought it to the day it was shipped to my home. Sent invoice and tracking numbers. I fully trust Rone and NorthTownAutoParts for providing a great service for over 40 years. Thank you Rone and thank you NorthTown. Appreciate the business. P.S. it’s a real place in a real town with real people. Be respectful and you’ll be handled with respect.
