Northside Auto is an awesome place to take your vehicle to get work done on it. The gentlemen in there are awesome, caring, honest and they are very respectable with how they present the business, themselves, and their work . I highly recommend this business when you need automotive repair work done. One more thing I really enjoy how they approach when someone comes in to ask for work to be done. It is done on a first come, first serve basis each time. Awesome individuals doing awesome work. I highly recommend Northside Auto.

We were in Tennessee visiting family and the day before we were set to leave, our a/c condenser decided to blow. We Stopped in to Northside Auto Services not knowing what to expect and/or if they could even help us before we hit the road later that afternoon. Not only did they get the vehicle right in and give us a diagnosis within 5-10 minutes, but they had the part in stock and assured us they could have us back on the road in 4-5hrs. The staff was great. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They had our vehicle done in less than 5 hours, as promised and we now have ice cold a/c just in time for our trip back to Florida. We are very pleased with the customer service we received, the speed and quality of the repair and the cost was in line with what we expected to pay. Thanks for everything! You guys really saved our trip!

Cheapest oil change in town, actually had my check engine come on and not only did they get my car looked at really fast, they had the issue fixed the same day the part came in! I think David was the man who called me to discuss the code and payment and he explained it very well for me. Anytime I’ve gone in to speak to them as well they’re nice and to the point and honest about the job/what needs to be done which is great for someone like me who has no understanding of what’s happening under the hood. They’ve worked for many of my cars and my family’s vehicles, I can’t recommend them enough

These guys were great. Two days before Thanksgiving my car went into limp mode. I called and they said they could look at it that day if I could get it in. I limped it in late that evening and they had it fixed at a very fair price by Wed afternoon. Saved Thanksgiving. ​Cannot thank them enough.

Highly recommend!! They guided me to find a discontinued part for my dodge. They didn't try to charge an arm and a leg like most shops in town. They installed and programmed the abs control module with no hiccups. They have my future business.

Really great people & amazing service. I have gotten an oil change here, but also recently noticed I had a tire that needed patched. They were able to squeeze me in and get it done very efficiently, and also affordably. The guy at the front desk is super helpful and nice, as is anyone else I have spoke to there. Top notch business!

Fast service and they communicated with me the whole time. We initially thought it was taken the weekend to fix my truck, but they knocked it out in one day. I'll definitely be going back.

This place was a life saver. I was in town for a business meeting and needed a quick repair to a loose oil pan. I barely pulled in before 5 and they got me in and fixed super quick. I would recommend them to anyone!
