Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

I decided to try Express Oil Change and was very pleased with my visit. Roderick was very thorough and informative through the oil change process. He checked my tires and gave me a detailed print off of what future repairs I will need. I really appreciated the willingness to help and how quickly the process took. Definitely will be back!

I’m so happy to find Express Oil in Jackson, Tn. It was literally the quickest and easiest oil change I have ever gotten. Derek was fabulous at helping me understand what was going on and walking me through the whole process. You know the whole,”Turn lights on, turn lights off, press this button, press that button, pat your head and run your tummy…” I hate doing all that because normally the employees talk so fast you can’t understand what they are saying. I was dreading how long it was going to take because it always takes 3 times as long as you expect, but even with no appointment and being totally full of customers I was in and out quickly and able to get on with my errands! I was also able to use an online coupon that was on their website which cut the price quite a bit. Thanks guys, you have earned a loyal customer. 😊

Had a great experience today. Went in at 10am for an oil change and was out by 10:20 never got out of my vehicle. Very thorough and respectful. Got home and a few hours later noticed a very tiny drop of oil on my garage floor, immediately called and was treated with respect and concern and asked to bring it back immediately. Was nothing but a little overspill on the plate. I’m thankful that they weren’t pushy to sell me things I didn’t need and not rude or carefree about it like most places they were willing to acknowledge my concerns and check to be sure there were no errors. Highly recommend them and I will definitely be back! Thanks

Decided to check out this newer Express place on North Highland. When I arrived all the bays were filled but an employee came out to greet me and said it would only be a few minutes. The whole process (including waiting to get in) took around 20 minutes start to finish. Multiple employees stopped by my window and greeted me or asked how my day was going. Conveniently located. Quick service. Employees who were personable. Go check this place out.

Thankyou Rod for the excellent experience. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. They cleaned the front windshield while I was waiting. Friendly customer service. Did not try to upsale me any additional services like dealerships try to do. Highly recommend this location. All the workers were friendly.

Highly recommended! They are very quick, kind, and professional. They kept me updated and informed throughout the process, even broke it down in my terms (because I’m just a girl and had no idea what they were saying at first lol). I will definitely be back!

This was my first oil change with Tire Engineers. I didn't even go in the building, I was met outside by Tasha. She told me where to go and they were so nice with all of my questions. I will definitely be using them again! Recommended 100%!
